MRI Software, anciennement connu sous le nom de Qube, est un fournisseur d'applications logicielles et de solutions hébergées pour l'immobilier. D'autres solutions MRI plus ciblées couvrent également la gestion des investissements pour la gestion du cycle de vie des investissements, ainsi que MRI Horizon pour les propriétaires de biens immobiliers commerciaux, de détail et résidentiels. Cette solution multilingue fournit des informations et une visibilité sur les performances des portefeuilles immobiliers grâce à des tableaux de bord graphiques et à un accès multi-navigateur. Horizon CRE se concentre spécifiquement sur les occupants, avant que MRI Qube Gestion immobilière et ventes et locations n'offre respectivement des fonctionnalités de bout en bout. MRI FM pour la gestion des installations couvre la programmation de la maintenance, les bons de travail, la gestion des sous-traitants et le suivi des biens pour les sous-traitants. Avantages
MRI Software is highly customizable using the built-in toolkit. Integrations are easy to manage using built-in or custom APIs. The ecosystem is very flexible based on your needs, anything from a single server to a large multi-server farm or setup your environment with the MRI SaaS services.
Inconvénients
Multi-database support can be a little challenging. Software updates are always system wide.

A must-have for residential real estate

Avantages
So many features! I'm a numbers guy, so my favorite feature is definitely the robust reporting. I can always stay on top of property performance and cut the data however I want. The challenge is making sure that data gets where it needs to be (making sure the team inputs it in a timely manner)
Inconvénients
It still feels a bit dated from our resident's perspective. They're used to using apps like Uber, Lyft, Instagram, etc. with great UX and a modern feel. MRI still feels "dated" in comparison.
It's also very expensive. We think it's worth it for our needs, but we definitely have to have a conversation every year when we're planning our budget.

Great to work with and easy to customize but customer support is terrible

Avantages
user friendly, easy to customize, great to be able to make the software as flexible as needed to fit the company needs
Inconvénients
upgrades are not easy to work through with many issues throughout upgrades, customer support is extremely slow and can take a couple weeks to finally get an answer back as to if the issue found is an issue that has a workaround or will have to wait for MRI to fix the issue in a long-term change.

When they changed to MRI they changed the way they accepted payments. However they omitted to tell...
When they changed to MRI they changed the way they accepted payments. However they omitted to tell me that 1. They had been bought over by this company from America. 2. They had cancelled the quarterly direct debit and then sent a huge bill. 3. Refused to pause their system during lockdown despite the fact that we were not allowed to write new business. 4. When I asked them for proof that they had informed me of the new payment procedure refused to supply me with any proof whatsoever and claimed " There were press releases informing everyone we had been bought over" To date I have a site I have paid for which is written in a medium that most people can't convert and the site I have paid for is totally unusable. I have requested a Subject Access Report which they have totally ignored and are the most rude, arrogant and unhelpful company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Avantages
It was a good package and the site I paid for to built was excellent as was their help but this is when they were Thesaurus when they were bought over by MRI this all changed unfortunately!

Liked most of it and the team Thesaurus BEFORE THEY WERE BOUGHT OVER were most helpful

It is a very good software for helpdesk use, could do a bit on an improvement on the vision reporting. It could improve the delay on receiving work orders on mobiles.
Avantages
It is easy to use, you don't need to open multiple windows as all info and tabs are accessible. Easy to export to excel. Arranging columns and search option.
Inconvénients
The mobile service is really slow, main system crashes every now and then and does run slow.
