> **Avantages**: When everything works right, it is a great program.  Entering a calibration event is definitely less time consuming than our other program.  Being able to use templates makes entering new pieces of equipment easy.

> **Inconvénients**: I feel that the when you start out with the program, some canned certificates and worksheets would be helpful.  I find it difficult to get technical support.  Having to explain the same problem to different technician support personnel is frustrating.
