Mi360 is a cloud-based marketing analytics solution from SIBIA Analytics which provides predictive analytics and marketing performance reports for a range of sectors. Internal and external sales, marketing, and promotions data is aggregated into a single database, and Bayesian modeling is utilized to create robust, granular predictive models and estimates. Mi360 analyzes marketing performance and produces brand-specific reports and interactive dashboards, which visualize data for users to interpret. Avantages
Mi360 is an okay marketing analytics program, providing the ability to review and analyze campaign effectiveness. It is primarily a web-based application.
Inconvénients
There was a bit of a learning curve associated with learning how to use the application effectively. I would have liked to have seen more online training artifacts, how-to videos, etc. There isn't much of a mobile application presence for the app either.
