I like how easy the features are to use, even for non-accountants. It enables clients and colleagues to share files in real-time, saving time and eliminating the need to send invoices via email. This streamlines and lowers the cost of debtor management. When one is on the go, having access via a mobile device is extremely useful. The software is also reasonably priced, and it includes a free trial period. Sage's customer service is excellent. > > **Inconvénients**: One suggestion is that when adding a new Item from the Invoice screen, the new Item screen includes all features (such as selecting the Purchase account). They tell you how to click to complete a task, but they don't. I haven't been able to figure out the taxes, but I can work around it manually, with some inconvenience. > > It meets the very basic needs. Set up was fairly simple and bank transactions are easy to do. So you have to key it all from scratch. That is a waste of time. Once you close the period, the entry should be just pressing a button. Just one example.
