> **Avantages**: All the features it currently has and the more features it will have in the future, the time saving the software provides repairs shops making tasks that took 1 to 2 hours to complete to be done in minutes, the more time you save and the more automated features the more your team can concentrate on providing better customer service

> **Inconvénients**: There's no cons to speak about, softwares will always be softwares and have their little things here and there, but nothing that cant be fixed or improved

> **Avantages**: It is an extremely adjustable software which works for us as a computer repair shop (despite the fact that it is technically designed as a cellphone repair shop POS) We have been able to adjust it to fit ALL of our needs\!

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing not to like really. It did take some tinkering to get it adjusted to where we needed it. But their agents have always been available to us to help with our needs.

Usama has worked extremely hard to help us when we get stuck with something and regularly checks in to see if there is anything we need. 100% we feel extremely taken care of by both the software itself and the incredible customer support they provide. If you are thinking about getting yourself a Poing of Sale and ticket tracking system, give RepairDesk a go. We now use their payment processor and now realize the savings with them are astronomical\!

Very poor project management by postponing every week the live date of our project, reading my emails during our weekly meeting, lying to us...Company to avoid at any cost
