Quite intuitive and very complete also for all the departments (Cleaning, administrations, booking, and complaints) > > **Inconvénients**: Nowadays most of our devices are portables, so we do need to be able to log in and check the app out as many times as we need it. But there is some items/features that they aren't available for iPhones making the software a little useless in those devices. > > We manage over 200 touristic apartments, Avantio is the brain, the main system we rely on to booking, clean them, manage them, and have our own database wherever we go and whatever we want. The real-time sync with all the websites we work with is one of the most useful features. ----- ### "Communities all in one" — 5.0/5 > **Sarah** | *27 février 2025* | Hôtellerie | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The scheduling of the event and programs of networking > > **Inconvénients**: The duplicated times of more than 1 FAVOURITE made me make a choice between which one to view. > > 10/10 networking and connecting communities as one ----- ### "Overselling a uneven product" — 3.0/5 > **Magnus** | *21 avril 2023* | Hôtellerie | Taux de recommandation : 3.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The front end booking system works well, however the system is to slow and a bit inconsistent in the layout. > > **Inconvénients**: Back-end such as settlement to owners, statistics and invoicing are rudimentary.
