Another very helpfull features is the option to see if the recipient got the message and received the message, like on Whatsapp. Very user-friendly and easy to use. > > **Inconvénients**: Unfortunately, not one of the official providers for secured electronic communication in Switzerland \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], which it could become if it applied. If it was that, almost all swiss lawyers would use Mailbutler, because the only two registered providers have apps that are really not user-friendly. ----- ### "Good if you use Apple Mail" — 4.0/5 > **Marcus** | *4 mars 2025* | Marketing et publicité | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Great addition to a very limited Apple Mail. > > **Inconvénients**: Making Apple Mail a bit better. Still not my favorite email tool, but if you're on Apple Mail, you have to use this extension\! > > It has been good. I don't love it, and it's not the most modern but it's fine\! ----- ### "Check carefully to see if this is really the best solution for you" — 3.0/5 > **Utilisateur vérifié** | *10 juin 2020* | Développement et commerce international | Taux de recommandation : 6.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It integrated easily with my native mail app to fill a gap between what Microsoft Outlook would do and features offered in Apple Mail eg delaying send, setting up templates, > > **Inconvénients**: The limits on the number of actions in each level didn't really fit with my business and I found it to be more cost effective to just buy Microsoft Office and use outlook > > It works perfectly, but I think that there are other more cost effective ways to do what this software offers ----- ### "The add-on to Mail that I've been waiting for a long time\!" — 4.0/5 > **Luc** | *6 janvier 2023* | Institutions religieuses | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: THE essential complement for managing emails. In one "click" an impeccable view of mail tracking.Easy to use and many essential features. > > **Inconvénients**: A French version of the software would be very welcome. Better integration in Microsoft Outlook. The "Business" version at a more affordable price for non-profit organizations would be very welcome. > > Having to manage several email addresses in connection with my various functions, Mailbutler allows me to have a vision and a fast and efficient follow-up of all my mail. ----- ### "Life saver" — 5.0/5 > **Anika** | *11 janvier 2021* | Design graphique | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Send-later allows me to schedule emails during my business hours. The ability to see if the email has been opened is an asset. Works with all the emails on my server system. Super easy to use within the MacMail system. > > **Inconvénients**: I originally purchased MailButler when it was called "Send-Later" and the scheduling was all it did. The Send-Later software was sold at $25 for life, but within a year of me purchasing it, was bundled within a subscription (MailButler) and the Send-Later software was no longer updated. I now pay per month almost the same that the "for life" software cost. > > Besides the above-mentioned disapointment with the subscription changes, I honestly cannot run my business without MailButler\! I am a night owl and tend to do most of my work at night, after business hours. I don't want to encourage clients to email me at all hours expecting a response, so the ability to snooze/schedule emails to appear and send during my business hours is a life-saver\! It's also amazing to be able to see if my emails have been opened, and the time they were opened. This has helped to resolve some conflicts in the past. All-in-all, I would highly recommend MailButler to all night-owl entrepreneurs like myself. It will save so much time and brain space to let MailButler do the heavy lifting. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | ----- ## Données structurées
