Cacoo est un diagramme en ligne et un outil de collaboration permettant aux entreprises de créer des plans de site, des organigrammes, des cartes heuristiques, des structures filaires, des maquettes, etc. Les utilisateurs peuvent utiliser et personnaliser une large gamme de modèles intégrés ou les construisant à partir de zéro pour créer des diagrammes individuellement ou en équipe pour le brainstorming, la gestion des flux de travail et la planification de projet.
L'espace de travail multi-utilisateur de Cacoo permet aux équipes de collaborer en temps réel avec des fonctionnalités telles que l'édition synchrone, le suivi des versions et les commentaires. Des membres d'équipe peuvent enregistrer plusieurs versions des diagrammes afin de conserver et de suivre un historique des modifications. Des commentaires peuvent également être ajoutés directement aux diagrammes pour bénéficier de recommandations ou de retours exploitables.
Afin d'aider les utilisateurs à créer des diagrammes, Cacoo propose une large gamme de modèles et de formes à des fins diverses : organigrammes de processus d'entreprise, wireframes iOS, cartes heuristiques pour le brainstorming, diagrammes de Gantt chronologiques, entonnoirs de vente, plans de site, plans d'étages, etc. Une fois créés, les diagrammes peuvent être partagés avec des coéquipiers, la direction ou des clients en envoyant un dossier complet ou un diagramme individuel au format lecture seule ou modifiable. Les diagrammes peuvent également être partagés via les réseaux sociaux, des e-mails ou des liens et peuvent être exportés ou intégrés dans des pages web.

Avantages
As a product manager I found myself often times just just needing to throw together a simple wireframe/mockup and it's harder than you think to just find something simple and straight forward to get that done. Cacoo allowed me to use the full product (with a couple of exceptions) right away and then naturally it's what I thought about the next time I needed to do something similar. Eventually I got to the end of my free pages and the cost made it possible to easily upgrade.
Inconvénients
- Grouping images. There is no straight forward or easy way to group images and assets unless I am totally missing something.
- Keep adding shapes- I think there is a really good start in shapes but you should keep adding shapes and working on the filtering system to get to those shapes.

Cacoo is the perfect software for many usage

Easy to learn and use, Cacoo let you make fast and great diagram for any usage.
Nice to make...
Easy to learn and use, Cacoo let you make fast and great diagram for any usage.
Nice to make mockup, especially with linked items that let you have a full interactive mock of your app.
The software is also accurate enough to make some graphical mockup
And as you can export them as PDF with link, you can even share them with everyone!
The collaborative tools make this even easier and open Cacoo to a whole new set of usage.
As its easy to use and share, you can have a very nice whiteboard to share with remote collaborator when brainstorming.
And last but not least, the versioning system let you edit as far as you want any diagram without the fear of losing anything in the process :)
Avantages
Easy to use. Powerfull. Got some great features.
Inconvénients
There is really nothing I can really complain about on Cacoo. Expect the fact that the very old diagrams made with the very old flash engine are not upgradable to the current one. That's really all.

Overall, even though (for me) the software is expensive, I need this program to succeed and it makes things a lot easier for me when I am creating diagrams. The colors and texts are great, and it is easy to organize.
Avantages
I like the arrows for the diagrams! They make it really easy to visualize processes and understand how topics are related.
Inconvénients
I think that there could be more templates. There can be more options. I also think there can be an easier way to customize templates as well.

Cacoo provides a clear and easy way to produce diagrams describing complex technical solutions which are then understandable to less technical stake holders
Avantages
Cacoo provides an incredibly easy to use platform for creating in depth analysis and design diagrams. The interface is intuitive mean no real requirement to train users to access features and be able to quickly produce business ready design artefacts.
Inconvénients
Until Cacoo rolled out google SSO, logging into the product was tesious as it would bounce you from NuLab to Cacoo credentials. However now that is resolved I have little to complain about.

Overall, Cacoo has been very good to me. Putting together unique flowcharts and diagrams featured quite heavily during our project conception phases. Cacoo is also extremely easy to use, and getting new team members to learn it competently took all of a few hours. It has been a very useful tool to have in our portfolio.
Avantages
Cacoo allows me to share links with other team members to source ideas on collaborative projects. And they won't even have to log in to access the shared session, the link grants them direct access. And considering our teams are almost always on the go and sometimes have to work on borrowed equipment, it has been an extremely subtle but very practical solution to several incidents of delayed input from collaborators.
Inconvénients
I had no major issues with the app except that I thought they could offer a lot more creative options for diagram features.
