Donorbox est un formulaire/plug-in intégré et incorporable pour sites web conçu pour encourager les dons récurrents au moyen d'une validation rapide en plusieurs étapes. Les organisations peuvent intégrer un formulaire personnalisé à leur site web ou utiliser un widget contextuel de manière transparente. Le générateur de formulaires permet aux utilisateurs de recueillir les questions personnalisées des donateurs, de leur demander où assigner le don et de le dédier à quelqu'un.
Avec Donorbox, les organisations peuvent accepter des dons mensuels réguliers. Des montants personnalisés préremplis avec des descriptions permettent aux donateurs de se sentir rassurés en sachant à quoi ils contribuent. Les donateurs ont également un contrôle total sur leurs dons mensuels récurrents. Les formulaires sont traduits en espagnol, français, allemand, italien, portugais, danois et suédois ; ils sont optimisés pour les ordinateurs de bureau, les téléphones mobiles et les tablettes.
Donorbox permet d'accepter des paiements par cartes de crédit, virements bancaires ACH, PayPal et Stripe, en plus de proposer des textes de reçu personnalisables. La plateforme est compatible avec tous les systèmes de gestion de contenus, notamment WordPress, Weebly et Squarespace et s'intègre à Salesforce, MailChimp, etc.

Some development tools require research and learning, but still, easy to use.

I looked hard for a way to accept a small number of monthly donations in small amounts that didn’t involve incorporating a business or doing a lot of overhead. Donorbox solves my problem!
Avantages
It’s a free and easy way to accept automatic monthly donations.
Inconvénients
I wish there was an app or at least a good mobile-friendly site design for the admin side of things.

I am very happy overall with our Donorbox campaign. I appreciate that I am able to add offline...
I am very happy overall with our Donorbox campaign. I appreciate that I am able to add offline donations so that it is all inclusive. I like the Goal Meter that gives us an instant visual of our progress. I had one issue that I was not able to fix on my own and I reached out to the support team via email and they fixed the problem within 7 minutes of my email. That is the fastest response I have ever received from a customer support team ever!

Donorbox meets all the needs of fundraising for our small church.
Inconvénients
The setup was fairly easy but as I am not a techie, it did take me quite a long time to get my campaign page set up. I did not fully understand all of the terminology. Thankfully, my team member was able to take care of the technical aspects.

I'm trying to fundraise and it takes some of the anxiety away knowing that Donorbox helps you address any issue you may need help with on the platform.
Avantages
Out of the other three or four online fundraising platforms Donorbox was the only one I was able to get up and running. That says everything.
Inconvénients
Nothing, I don't have any complaint. Donorbox has excellent followup assistance.
