In the past, you were limited by time and resources, but this software gets rid of those issues. It is also helpful to be able to go back and review an interview again, which obviously isn't possible with an in person interview outside out notes. > > **Inconvénients**: The main negative I have with this is that it takes the personal interaction out of the initial interview process.
