Always quick response and notifications in advance if they know of system issues occurring. It does what it is supposed to and we are able to obtain the information we need. > > We have used Charity Tracker for at least 15 years that I know of - probably longer. They have always supported us in the way we may need to tweak this in order for it to meet all our needs. We use it for our entire county so other providers can see what assistance is being given by who to prevent "double dipping" by clients. We most recently started using the outcomes to measure the results of our financial coaching program.
