> **Avantages**: There are many things related to budgeting that Questica gets right.  I especially appreciate the ability to customize the software in way to best meet the needs of your organization.

> **Inconvénients**: Questica is continuously improving their offerings.  The Performance Measures module isn't my favorite to use, but as a user of the software for more than 5 years, I can see how much work has been put into improving it.
> 
> Questica Budget is great - their help desk is very responsive, I appreciate being able to control the version of the software we use, and the ability to create custom reports to meet changing needs is great\!

> **Inconvénients**: The save function seems to be a bit slow, and if you are using your lap top on a wifi connection it seems to stall and sometimes the save doesn't work.

> Keeping all the budget data in one spot, instead of on other systems and software.
It's easy to balance the budget and the users find it very easy to use.
