Submittable est un gestionnaire de soumissions en ligne grâce auquel les entreprises et institutions peuvent accepter, examiner et prendre des décisions relatives aux candidatures depuis un emplacement centralisé. Afin d'organiser les envois, Submittable offre un tableau de bord de flux de travail comptant toutes les soumissions affichées dans une liste balisée à code couleur visant à identifier les éléments en attente, nouveaux et en cours. Les outils de collaboration d'équipe permettent aux membres de prendre des décisions relatives aux soumissions en les notant en quelques clics, ainsi qu'en ajoutant des notes ou des scores à l'aide d'un calcul numérique. With Wizehive, the grant management process at our foundation has changed for the better drastically. To have 100's of grant applications in one place and be able to manage archived and current applications with ease has cut my work by more than half.
Avantages
The customer service is unmatched. From billing to IT, messages are returned on the same day. For me, that is better than the program itself. I never speak to a BOT or an AI rep. I can actually still speak/email with a human and that makes me stay with Wizehive.
Inconvénients
I haven't run into any issues using Wizehive.

The experience has been fantastic. The onboard was super helpful. They seem like they really care that we get the most of the product. They've even added new features in the short time that we've been using Submittable. If they don't have functionality, they will help in finding a work around or will work on that feature.
Avantages
It's very easy to use. The drag and drop features when creating forms are great. It saves tons of time. There are so many features! But it's not overwhelming. There is little training involved in form creation, so delegating is a snap.
Inconvénients
The features around managing internal users could be more robust. We are not able to customize what program managers can view - all grant programs can be seen by everyone, partitioning would be a nice feature. Additionally, if someone leaves a grant midstream, it is going to be difficult to get a replacement user as only one user can be the primary contact. This makes updating forms and team applications more difficult.

Avantages
The product is easy for applicants to use, with simple forms and clear application guidelines. Generally, we have had many applicants have no issues while applying, which is definitely a positive about the platform.
Inconvénients
For administrative staff who work grant programs on the back-end, features such as advanced reporting are sorely lacking. It's difficult to build these reports and pull through the data you need. Additionally, there are many small issues that Submittable merely provides "work-arounds" for, rather than solving problems. For example - tables that are put directly into an application form export as a separate file, and then would need to be merged in order to package applications. While the platform might make the process of applying smooth for applicants, there seem to always be headaches for our staff when processing applications afterwards.

Submittable was super easy to set up and they have great customer service. I especially like the visuals of the platform, as it makes it easier to keep projects organized. The 'reporting' option makes data collection and analysis easy and efficient.
Avantages
It's really user-friendly and easy to set up new projects. It's not overly complicated and you can figure out how to use most tools on your own.
Inconvénients
The messaging component can glitch, as I've sent messages to people who did not get them sent to their inbox, and vice versa. Since I communicate with applicants primarily through messages, it can be frustrating to find that messages were not delivered. However, this doesn't happen often.
