I have had only 1 problem and they were very helpful getting the problem sorted. 100% good > > **Inconvénients**: When you come to the end of the day on the card machine you can't print a total out for that day, I have to do the transaction one by one > > My overall experience with Epos Now is good. I'm 100% happy with the Epos Now System. It helps when I need to reorder goods ----- ### "great system" — 5.0/5 > **Beverley** | *17 novembre 2025* | Hôtellerie | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: the support is amazing. really easy to get through to and answers so quickly. payments are in our account the next day. the monthly subscription is much cheaper than other systems we use. > > **Inconvénients**: the till is tall and our smaller member of staff has to reach up (as cons go this is not really one) > > been with EPOSnow in one form or another since they started. from the original system to now is amazing - it's really intuitive. any queries are resolved so easily and the staff are really professional but still friendly. as with all systems like this there are little bits that we needed help with and this was sorted quickly and easily ----- ### "Eftpos now POS" — 1.0/5 > **Bernie** | *24 mars 2026* | Agriculture | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Easy to use difficult to load stock, worked well when running but never could do end of day reconcilliation > > **Inconvénients**: Almost no customer support, tech support always bkamed our internet which is perfect. Our replacemnt alternative has had no such issue. Company made promises of credits and refunds, nover honoured > > Terrible, slow with response eothey by email or phone, staff always used the " I'll have to check with management " excuse ----- ### "Couldn't work without it now" — 5.0/5 > **Kathryn** | *30 juin 2026* | Art/artisanat | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The whole cloud system is fantastic. From checking stock to following patterns of sales. The till system is very easy to use. The phone support is excellent if there is any issue or for extra training. You get your card payment through next day regardless of what day that is which means its easier to pay invoices. Value for money especially for the card transactions, with a nominal fee. Accessible from anywhere as on the cloud but secure and easy to use. > > **Inconvénients**: You need a WiFi signal for the card reader and to log on and close the till. so if the network is down its very difficult to use. ----- ### "The Sweet Box Gambia" — 5.0/5 > **Mariama** | *30 septembre 2025* | Produits alimentaires | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It was user friendly, I was easily able to train my staff to use it. The monthly £20 payments made it extremely affordable regarding the quality of service I was getting. Sales were easy review on a Monthly basis because of the reports being generated. > > **Inconvénients**: Customer support was slightly slower if you weren’t located in the Uk as most of the support was done virtually and the time difference hindered real time support needs. > > I loved it, great value for money and helped in data collection which was used in making informed business decisions ----- Page : 1/30\ Suivant: [Page suivante](https://www.getapp.fr/software/106871/epos-now?page=2) ## Liens - [Afficher sur GetApp](https://www.getapp.fr/software/106871/epos-now) ## Cette page est disponible dans les langues suivantes. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Données structurées
