From work order creation to invoice approval, the system is extremely user friendly. Also the fact that during implementation it is set up specific to your business needs and as things change, you can make changes\!

> **Inconvénients**: Implementation process can be lengthy and creating the issues list can be confusing if you don't have a good starting point. You do get set up with an implementation manager who does help guide you through the process.

> **Inconvénients**: There seems to be new innovation happening regularly on Service Channel, but this never includes Supply Manager. I understand Supply Manager is a third party system acquired by Service Channel.... but when will this change? I've been using the platform for almost 5 years with no upgrades. Ulta Beauty does 50,000+ WO's a year with Supply Manager- new features would go a long way.

> **Avantages**: I like the thought behind it.  I think if implemented properly it probably could be a very good tool for managing service/warranty work, but the capacity in which I use it is very confusing.  On the plus side, they did offer a training that was about 3 hours long to go in depth into the program and how it should function.

> **Inconvénients**: While the concept behind it is excellent, it doesn't quite apply to how I use it.  It was set up by a client of ours to dispatch service work, but as a GC it has gotten confusing since we aren't the ones to actually perform the work.  I wish the training had been more specific to if you're a GC or a subcontractor.  I also think that the owner training should be a bit more in depth as well because even the client who purchased the software has hit some usage roadblocks when it comes to setting up jobs and which features they actually want us to use.

> My experience has unfortunately been a confusing and frustrating one.  I do see the benefits of having a system to track work orders, but I just don't think that it applies to all situations. It's very hard to use from the GC standpoint.

> **Inconvénients**: The only issue I have is that I cannot put a work order in completed status.  It would help to move the process along if we could do this ourselves.  With validation that the work was completed of course\!

> **Avantages**: Keeping hundreds of work orders time stamped and name stamped. This allows for clear accountability for my team and direct communication with the store staff. All information is stored in one WO and photos/videos can be uploaded to allow for context. &#10;Managing expectations is much easier with the missed ETA alerts and I can easily see where my team needs to focus their efforts.

> **Inconvénients**: The PM module is still clunky and doesn't really fit our requirements entirely. It's limited in it's capabilities (for example: many of our locations have different frequencies and schedules for cleaning, this cannot be specified in the PM module).

> Excellent. Our account rep \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is always available to answer questions or help us with optimizing our work flow. The system has greatly increased our ability to prioritize and focus on the issues that will move the needle.
