Incorporating live chat, email and voice and video calling as well as screen sharing and offline messaging, Cingo aims to deliver a comprehensive yet user-friendly customer service solution.

In order to support customers effectively, Cingo equips users with rich chat and messaging technology where users can message offline and attach files within chats. Further to chat functionality, Cingo enables users to communicate with customers conveniently using free VoIP and video calls. With Cingo’s video calling, users can help customers with installations directly. Moreover, since Cingo retains full call transcriptions and chat logs, users can review past requests quickly and accurately.

To enhance user efficiency, Cingo facilitates Geolocation services, customer callback scheduling and integration with Zendesk and Guru. By utilizing Geolocation services, Cingo allows users to know exactly where customers are before initiating contact. In knowing customer location, users can manage dispatch activity easily. Furthermore, to ensure users gain actionable insight into business performance, Cingo provides users with advanced analytics from their main dashboard.
