The database function is straight-forward and doesn't have too many layers to it, so data entry is really fast. The website, ticket sales component, donor/guest information, and night of event entry all sync together really well. It takes less than 5 minutes to train volunteers on guest registration, and the materials are quality. Any time that I have had an issue, which hasn't been often, Auctria will get back to me quickly with a solution. > > **Inconvénients**: The only thing I would change would be to make the display sheets a little more dynamic, so they could be individually altered. Perhaps if there were an option to download them as a Word file, it would make it easier to adjust text sizing, photo sizing, etc. Also, it would be great if Auctria had a mobile bidding component. > > Auctria is a terrific product, and I recommend it to all of my clients and colleagues. It is a great value for the money, easy to use, and has incredible functionality. ----- ### "Auction software with multiple capabilities" — 5.0/5 > **Nicole** | *28 mars 2025* | Collecte de fonds | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Auctria has so much functionality for a low price. It is an easy-to-understand system with incredible capabilities. I also like that they partner with Stripe for credit card processing since this is a known and trusted brand. > > **Inconvénients**: I did find some aspects difficult to figure out, but after some searching and excellent video tutorials, I figured it out. > > Overall, Auctria helped raise a lot more money for our organization\! ----- ### "Great event website, don’t like the process to add auction items" — 3.0/5 > **Johni** | *23 décembre 2024* | Collecte de fonds | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Liked the event website, pretty easy to add everything you need. There is a lot of functionality available for data, wish it was easy to find > > **Inconvénients**: It would have been helpful to have the items on a spreadsheet format that you could edit easily. It was difficult to always have to click on the edit item then have another page open to edit. I had so many pages open, it got confusing. > > Not too intuitive for accessing data. Trying to find meal options took awhile. It took too long to add all the auction items due to all the clicks to create a new item entry ----- ### "Excellent Support and Overall Great Software" — 5.0/5 > **Pamela** | *2 décembre 2024* | Institutions religieuses | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: This software is very customizable; with some skill, you can make the website, item cards, and emails all look great. In ten auctions, I’ve found it to be quite reliable. The best thing though is the chat tech support; they seem to respond even outside their official hours, and I nearly always end up with a solution for my issue. > > **Inconvénients**: It works out of the box, but it takes some work to make it look really good. Knowledge of CSS is a definite asset. I like being able to import previous auctions rather than starting from scratch, but if you’ve been customizing emails etc., it can be difficult to find all the places that need updating for the next event. > > Really excellent. It’s great value for money. We wouldn’t be able to afford really expensive software, and Auctria does almost everything we want. ----- ### "Thank you Auctria" — 5.0/5 > **Holly** | *16 janvier 2025* | Gestion de l'enseignement | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: user-friendly and supportive. I love the support for uploading all auction items and website design services for the elevated package? > > **Inconvénients**: I wish they offered a discount as a repeat customer > > They were beneficial and supportive service. Easiest online auction set up ever. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Données structurées
