Customer service states this is intentional since users must enter a credit card to add items to their cart, but it would be better if customers could finalize their own transactions. During Raise the Paddle, a bidder number correctly entered multiple times showed donations under a different name. Customer service initially suggested user error rather than investigating the issue, which raises concerns about potential misassigned donations. Reporting screens are inconsistent. We’ve been advised to download reports instead of relying on live on-screen data due to known issues. > > Overall, the system is a valuable tool for our fundraising events, offering a strong foundation for managing auctions and donations. We plan to continue using it and appreciate its many benefits. However, we hope customer service will collaborate with us to address the challenges we've encountered, refine the system, and resolve any bugs.
