SwipeClock is a workforce management solution designed to help SMBs manage employees with a comprehensive suite of time, attendance and advanced scheduling tools. From the SwipeClock dashboard, users can organize schedules, fill vacant shifts and track PTO automatically. Users can also perform payroll duties effectively and accurately as SwipeClock supports direct integration of employee data into any payroll processing platform. SwipeClock is fully flexible, allowing users to access its platform on any computer, tablet or smartphone device.

SwipeClock offers different products to improve the efficiency of workforce management processes. All SwipeClock products are compatible with each other as well as singularly. TimeWorksPlus is a SwipeClock solution that focuses on the business of timekeeping and attendance tracking. TimeWorksPlus includes a WebClock interface, allowing employees to clock in and out as well as check their schedules and manage time cards. Since TimeWorksPus is available as a mobile application on Android and iOS, employees can manage timekeeping remotely. TimeWorksPlus also manages time sheets, aiming to improve administrative productivity by enabling users to prepare staff time sheets for payroll and approve staff hours.

TimeSimplicity by SwipeClock intends to automate and manage advanced scheduling processes. Users can set up standard schedule templates for each employee, then simply copy and paste this information into each schedule period. With the TimeSimplicity drag and drop scheduler, users can arrange employee shifts and schedules quickly and easily. TimeSimplicity also includes a Virtual Trade Board with which employees can request shift swaps. Once managers approve changes, TimeSimplicity sends automatic notifications to the relevant employees. To ensure the most efficient and effective workforce management, SwipeClock recommends integrating TimeSimplicity with TimeWorksPlus in order to fully assimilate all employee data, punches, schedules and payroll information.

Avantages

It's very comprehensive and can pretty much do anything that you would want it to do. Also, with the new updates it has a very clean interface. Also, integrates well with my payroll software.

Inconvénients

Customizing the preferences and some of the features can be pretty time consuming and aren't always the easiest to figure out.

Our firm started using SwipeClock about 2 years ago as a reseller. We now use it for our main front end for all of our payrolls and are switching over existing clients to it.

Avantages

The software is cloud based, which makes it very portable. The NEW mobile app and employee portals are an outstanding improvement. The versatility on the back end is awesome as well.

Inconvénients

Since the updates to the mobile app and employee portal there isn't anything I can think of to complain about.

TimeSimplicity has a lot of features that allow you to properly staff several business locations. The product does not cost a lot and support is excellent.

Avantages

This product has a lot of features for the price. You can schedule employees at multiple locations. Swap shifts, build schedules. Supervisors can schedule employees at multiple location.

Inconvénients

The software is a little complicated to set up but once you get it set up it is easy to use. Would like this software if it integrated with our payroll system.

Avantages

I like most about this software that it is a quick and fairly easy way to track employee time sheets.

Inconvénients

I like least that this software is not as intuitive to use as I have seen with other software. I made a few errors the first few times using this software.

Avantages

The presentation on the screen is organized, clean looking, and there is definitely an ease of use to it--once you know what you're doing.

Inconvénients

All it does it store punch times. I wish I could tell the program a little more about that staff member so that it could run reports for me based on the information it has. I find myself using excel spreadsheets and compiling my own data which is something I think that a time keeping system should be able to do.

I think we can do better. Our product is usually getting the opposite response. We get told it has way to many bells and whistles. When your software does 1,500 different functions we usually need to help the client narrow it down to the most important goals they are trying to accomplish with the product. The strength to the software is that it can be so customized that it adds functionality to your payroll software that it can't do. We can help you get this working the way you need to.
