After going live there have been regular updates to add new features and improve usability. The platform is very flexible in terms of the ability to customize features and add functionality as time goes on. Bespoke automatic certificate generation and parent- child-grandchild permission systems, have all been accomplished by the knowledgeable team to a polished finish that internally and externally we are very proud to share. The support from the team is outstanding, even when problems are caused by our 3rd parties they have stepped in to support us with the technical resolution immediately. Our development is on-going as the team are designing extensions to our portal allowing our members to access tier-based; forums, course bookings, fundraising, repository and event management options. These additions will allow a central information hub for all our interactions with each member improving our understanding of what our members use and want.
