Motivosity does this in a unique and engaging way. Meeting scheduling, task management can be performed by this tool very easily and efficiently. Its pricing is also competitive with other players in the market. > > **Inconvénients**: Customer support can be improved a bit. Also, uploading videos can be a bit difficult. Otherwise, it is a good software. > > Motivosity has helped our organization in many ways. It has helped improve the company's culture. It also helps in employee recognition and acts as a reward solution. ----- ### "Motivosity - Get it, Use it, You'll Love it\!" — 5.0/5 > **Kim** | *27 août 2025* | Conseil en gestion | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: My company uses Motivosity regularly to connect, support and give encouraging words and rewards to our team. We've been able to create several custom rewards that provide a PTO day and charity options for redeeming rewards. > > **Inconvénients**: There are some learning curves with Motivosity. They are not overwhelming but setting things up takes a little time. It also takes a bit of training for the team to learn and remember to use the platform as a way to recognize team members for excellence and innovation. > > Motivosity is a great tool\! I highly recommend it. Once it's set up, it's easy to maintain. Adding funds for redemptions is easy. Adding and removing members is also easy. Every person in our company uses Motivosity and appreciates the encouragement received from their peers. ----- ### "Motivosity Great R\&R platform" — 3.0/5 > **Rashpal** | *27 octobre 2023* | Internet | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like the fact you can select individuals reward them for there efforts and make the results live internally so others can see employees Reward and Recognition\! > > **Inconvénients**: The interface feels dated and needs a 'face lift'. It is easy very easy to use though\! ----- ### "Motivated for Motivosity" — 5.0/5 > **Victoria** | *28 août 2025* | Vente au détail | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Its hard to choose\! I would have to say, I love the 'peer to peer' aspect of Motivosity. Prior to using Motivosity, shoutouts were mostly given from management and now our Motivosity page is filled with peer to peer recognition from employees across all departments. Its so nice to have a plaform that brings a sense of togetherness and closeness to a fully remote team. > > **Inconvénients**: Whats not to love\! There honestly is not a feature that we don't like. MV has some offered features such as wellness programs that we have chosen to wait on for now, but that's only so we have opportunity for the platform to grow more in the future. > > From the very beginning, I've worked with amazing MV team members on every stage of implementation, and the small stuff in between. My company jumped into MV, and never looked back\! Almost a year later, and our engagement is still soaring, and we are excited to add more and more perks to our MV page as they are offered. ----- ### "Insightful" — 5.0/5 > **Stephanie** | *23 septembre 2025* | Agriculture | Taux de recommandation : 3.0/10 > > **Avantages**: That we can communicate with other employees about the work and we also get other useful information > > **Inconvénients**: I don’t like that I’m a supervisor of employees and can’t give my team Motivosity money I only get allowed 5 > > Great wonderful definitely will continue to use and understand very much like Facebook and other social medias ----- Page : 1/49\ Suivant: [Page suivante](https://www.getapp.fr/software/104447/motivosity?page=2) ## Liens - [Afficher sur GetApp](https://www.getapp.fr/software/104447/motivosity) ## Cette page est disponible dans les langues suivantes. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Données structurées
