Motivosity est un système de reconnaissance et de récompense pair-à-pair basé sur le cloud. Il est conçu pour faciliter la croissance de la culture de l'entreprise et améliorer l'engagement des employés en permettant aux gestionnaires et aux employés de montrer publiquement leur appréciation pour les réalisations, les performances et les contributions de l'autre et donner des récompenses financières ou physiques.
Avec Motivosity, les utilisateurs peuvent ajouter des éléments de gamification aux objectifs de l'entreprise, avec la possibilité de créer des badges pour des réalisations particulières, qui peuvent être attachés à un prix particulier, ou simplement offrir des droits de se vanter au personnel qui les atteint. Motivosity is a great tool! I highly recommend it. Once it's set up, it's easy to maintain. Adding funds for redemptions is easy. Adding and removing members is also easy. Every person in our company uses Motivosity and appreciates the encouragement received from their peers.
Avantages
My company uses Motivosity regularly to connect, support and give encouraging words and rewards to our team. We've been able to create several custom rewards that provide a PTO day and charity options for redeeming rewards.
Inconvénients
There are some learning curves with Motivosity. They are not overwhelming but setting things up takes a little time. It also takes a bit of training for the team to learn and remember to use the platform as a way to recognize team members for excellence and innovation.

Avantages
I like the fact you can select individuals reward them for there efforts and make the results live internally so others can see employees Reward and Recognition!
Inconvénients
The interface feels dated and needs a 'face lift'. It is easy very easy to use though!

From the very beginning, I've worked with amazing MV team members on every stage of implementation, and the small stuff in between. My company jumped into MV, and never looked back! Almost a year later, and our engagement is still soaring, and we are excited to add more and more perks to our MV page as they are offered.
Avantages
Its hard to choose! I would have to say, I love the 'peer to peer' aspect of Motivosity. Prior to using Motivosity, shoutouts were mostly given from management and now our Motivosity page is filled with peer to peer recognition from employees across all departments. Its so nice to have a plaform that brings a sense of togetherness and closeness to a fully remote team.
Inconvénients
Whats not to love! There honestly is not a feature that we don't like. MV has some offered features such as wellness programs that we have chosen to wait on for now, but that's only so we have opportunity for the platform to grow more in the future.

One of the high points with Motivosity is the innovation and changes to the platform. The ability to add a Swag Store with our company logo on a variety of items was great, as well as the ability to add customized surveys for our new hires at various intervals. We also appreciate the support and ideas from your customer service team to keep our staff engaged with the platform.
Avantages
I enjoy the ease of use. It's very intuitive, so it's easy for all of our employees to use, regardless of job role. We continually hear from our staff that recognition from peers and from supervisors is extremely important to their level of engagement. This platform allows our staff to say thank you for a job well done without taking away too much of their work time. We use this platform as a selling point in our company recruitment efforts.
Inconvénients
My only concern came with the introduction of the Swag Store to the platform. When we first introduced it to our team, there were technical issues that had to b worked through. Once those were figured out, we were good to go.
