Whether we’re implementing one of their many gamification features or working on the development and delivery of a bespoke campaign, the XtremePush team are always professional, responsive, and collaborative. They genuinely treat us as an extension of their own business, which makes a significant difference when managing complex, multi-channel projects.

> **Inconvénients**: That we don't get to meet up more often and celebrate our successes. We do get to meet up once a year at their annual London Summit, which is an amazing event, but I would love more events like this to help us strengthen the partnership further and celebrate our joint successes.

The transition has been seamless, and the combination of ongoing support from the original team alongside the wider XtremePush team and product suite has been the right fit for our business. > **Avantages**: It is very easy to use. With no training, I was able to figure it out and run the campaign. It also allows to upload the image. We usually use a game image that helps player to identify the game the spins are offered on.

> **Inconvénients**: It is not properly integrated to our backoffice. Limited reporting - unable to see players who clicked on the push notification. More insights would be great.
Also, when I fill in the iOS push - content, I dont get any notification message to fill Android, I tend to miss out on it often and dont realize until I got to the last step. Good to get some notification to fill Android before going to next step or take me to andriod immediately after I fill in iOS content
