Our online booking form has been malfunctioning for over 72 hours, causing us to lose 50% of our traffic. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, our emails are ignored, and customer service only responds with vague promises of future assistance. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially after many years of reliable service. We are now seriously considering alternative options.
