But we were pleasantly surprised that everyone found it so easy to jump into this program because the design is so intuitive and very little training was required to operate it. The software has also has gorgeous and elegant aesthetics which makes it very appealing. It's a fast and secure way to handle sensitive information. Our board members are able to access the information both in online and offline mode, while TouchID ensures that only those who have permission can see them. It also allows us to move away from a paper-based environment which are also a security risk. > > **Inconvénients**: I think the years that the developers have spent studying how board members work and interact has truly paid off because you have a simply outstanding software that serves its customers well. It’s frustrating that the auto-numbering feature still does not work for agendas. The coolest thing is how easy it is to both tweak and share board books, even at the last moment. It saves a ton of time because I don’t have to repost entire packets when one document changes as everything is always up to date and organized for the board. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes the interface seems a bit dated and could do with some better navigation such as when I want to go back and forth between two sections or browse through past documents. Some of our less tech savvy directors still have to be reminded about how to access or sign materials but that can slow you down. > > Gone are the days of wrangling a board pack comprised of multiple PDFs in an email thread. It provides me with an organized, up to date single location in which to store and share everything, So much more efficient for board prep and communication.
