It provides a multitude of ways to access and process information. We love how simple it is to create tagged groups, save search filters, and create reports. The group email features are excellent, and the history feature enables us to see exactly who did or did not receive the emails (which allows us to fix incorrect email addresses). We also love the ability to create our own registration forms (and deploy them on our website, and other avenues) and have submissions connect directly to those in our database, automatically updating information. The customer support is fantastic and really responsive. Over time, we've been through 7 different CMS programs (giving each one at least a year or two of use), and Breeze is hands down the best. > > **Inconvénients**: At first we thought it was a little pricey, but when you compare with other programs, we have found it to be well worth it. The group texting had some issues because of regulations requiring people to opt in, and that process was a bit clunky, but Breeze was working in real-time to address new requirements, and I thought they handled it as well as possible.
