PraxiSchool est un logiciel cloud de gestion d'école qui conserve les données administratives et gère les interactions entre la direction, les parents et les élèves via une seule plateforme. Le produit est hébergé sur Strom Server dans des data centers conformes SSAE-16. Ce logiciel répond principalement aux besoins des établissements scolaires privés et publics.
Le produit offre des fonctionnalités de salle de classe visuelle avec des options de sélection de classe, planification de cours, création de plans de salle, grille de présences et personnalisation de commandes pour le déjeuner. Le logiciel permet également aux utilisateurs de configurer des carnets de notes, de les publier, de calculer des moyennes et de fournir un résumé des résultats scolaires. PraxiSchool offre également des fonctionnalités supplémentaires telles que la configuration du déjeuner, l'horloge et le portail parent-élève.
PraxiSchool offre des mesures de sécurité suffisantes pour assurer la sécurité des informations personnelles et de crédit, notamment grâce à des répertoires protégés par mot de passe, une technologie SSL pour garantir le cryptage des informations et une analyse du PCI pour protéger les serveurs du piratage.

Made life easier with sorting students info and their grades.

Avantages
How it simplifies the school administration. The students info is easy to put into the system as well as entering all the classes.
Inconvénients
As of right now there is no way that I have learned to put our school logo, but I may not have been told how to do that yet.

Overall our experience has been great. Looking past the older look and feel it seems to do everything we need and has an even greater capacity for growth into other areas if we desire to do so.
Also, the fact that there is an entire accounting system built in that can be used instead of a very expensive system such as Quickbooks is a big selling point especially if you’re looking for a one stop shop product.
That’s what Praxi School is.
Small time, affordable, friendly staff, older look and feel but perfectly functional and all inclusive.
Avantages
It’s affordable and works well with small schools.
Inconvénients
It’s a clearly dated product. The functionality and GUI are a throwback to early 2000’s internet.
(But it still completely works, has texting features and a mobile app)
Also, just on a personal note, most of the forms are written in Times New Roman and can’t be changed to another font. Eek.

We tried, but Praxi couldn't step up to the plate

Avantages
It reminded me of software I worked with in the late 90's, except that everyone got their own login and could access the software from any computer with internet access.
Inconvénients
We cancelled after 5 months. It seems like this software is on a dying, almost obsolete platform and the interface is obtuse at best. After our first on-boarding call, several email containing questions were met with zero answers. Calls were met with techs that didn't know how to navigate the software. The only person who knew enough about the software was our tech, and she was so busy with other clients it was hard getting and maintaining her undivided attention. It always felt like she was on the other line with another client during our calls or chatting online with several people at once. During our calls she explained to us her frustrations with other clients and lamented the fact that she never gets any rest since she's the only one there who knows enough to help anyone. I'd be scared to approach this company until they seriously overhaul their software interface or at the very least train more staff to support their current client base.

Wonderfully positive, a great blessing to our school as we seek to minister to our local community by offering a traditional K4-12th grade education, based on Christian principles. Great Christian company to work with!
Avantages
Praxischool works with each and every school to make sure each implementation is customized to exactly what that school needs, with the ability to make changes as a school grows or shrinks from year to year. They also have support available 5 days a week for staff that are always incredibly helpful with any issues we are experiencing. Even have a multitude of helpful how-to-videos showing how to do important tasks step-by-step.
Inconvénients
That we didn't find it sooner. :) Any complaints have ultimately been addressed and Praxischool seems to me to be dedicated to continual self-improvement and expansion of offered capabilities.

I believe it was cheaper, but at the time we chose Praxischool they had particular features that FACTS did not (I forget which features exactly); after making the switch, I have heard from other teachers who used to teach with us and use Praxischool, after using FACTS at their new school, they greatly prefer Praxischool's methods for doing lesson plans fir personal use and homework assignments for students to see online.Réponse de PraxiPower Software

The implementation of this software has been a very pleasant experience largely due to the excellent customer service from the sales team and their training team, David, Stacie and Jennifer. These three people have shown they genuinely care about their customers and strongly believe in this company. They all listened to my concerns and desires, and all showed me they would give 110% to ensure my needs are met. They all displayed true professionalism with a personal touch. I truly feel like I am now part of their family.
Avantages
The product is user friendly and the training I received to use the product was top notch. The product did not integrate with an app I need to use but the staff was willing to do what it took to get that integration in place. You have the opportunity to work with a programmer to put things in place specifically for your school --basically allowing you to customize your experience as much as possible.
Inconvénients
There aren't any features I feel are missing because you can ask for specific things and have a discussing how to implement your requests.
