> **Inconvénients**: It is hard to integrate information from the transaction and contact reporting areas.  It is not unusual to have to create 2 reports and then merge them to get the needed information.  This is also true about the Group reports and transactions.

> Very satisfied\!  As a smaller, but growing non profit, Flipcause filled a critical need to manage our donations, create campaigns, and monitor relationships in a cost effective and user-friendly way.

> **Inconvénients**: For the past year and a half, Flipcause has been holding our funds for an average of 14-21 days before transferring.  We initiate a request for transfer and expect it to be 3-5 business days.  We then have to follow up with "Account Relations" where we have been told it will arrive within another 7-10 business days "they have been experiencing difficulties with their ACH service".  The problem has only gotten worse and now, after 23 business days we have to file with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and forward the information to our pro-bono attorney (we are a non-profit and Flipcause is holding more than $10,000 of our funds - funds from our annual fundraiser).

> **Inconvénients**: There are issues with making edits and deletion of human errors. I have to email customer service and it takes a few business days for it to be completed when I could've easily resolved it myself if I had the capability. They do have a great customer service team though\!
> 
> They are our long term Fundraising CRM that has done the trick for over 5 years at this point. Unless another product comes along that does everything that Flipcause does but better for a similar price, we plan to stay with Flipcause\!

> **Avantages**: I love the way Flipcause integrates so many previously separate functions under one easy and efficient roof: event registration, payment, sponsorship, volunteer management, campaign landing page, in-kind donation offering and even website. Since our nonprofit has a very small staff, it makes it so much easier

> **Inconvénients**: The Weebly website is functional, easy to set-up and perform basic editing. However the options for appearance is quite limited and needs professional coding to make it look really professional and slick.

> Easy to use all under one umbrella; frees up my time for other tasks.
