I was sold Odoo.sh with written assurances of free migration, only to find out after paying $1,785.60 that my database version (18.3) was not supported on SH. This critical limitation was never disclosed before purchase. For over 50 days I had no access to the service I paid for, was repeatedly handed between teams, and promises of rebates/credits went unfulfilled. Escalation requests to executives went ignored. > > The software is solid, but the company’s handling of sales, communication, and post-sale support has been the worst I’ve experienced in nearly 50 years of business. I only need one license for myself. odoo.sh de facto triples the license price for a single user account. I would love the many customization options that are only available with odoo.sh but there simply is no way I can justify such a major cost increase. For companies with 5 or more users, odoo.sh is less of an issue and at 10+ it starts to become a negligible increase. I would love to see a hosting price that starts a lot lower for odoo.sh if the account uses only one license or maybe a staggered hosting price for 1-5 licenses.
