### "Excellent end-to-end cloud solutions that come at a cost" — 5.0/5

> **Avantages**: There is a wide variety of components, ranging from Infrastructure as a Sevice (IaaS) to Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS). You can get a project or a pilot up and running in minutes, with everything you need, in a modular way. The services I find more useful (apart virtual machines) are Application Insights and Docker Image Registries, two components that tipically take a lot of effort to set up on premises.
> 
> **Inconvénients**: Unfortunately if you have Azure bulk credits because you participate in some Microsoft programs, there is currently no way to set budget alerts or thresholds, so you must keep an eye on usage. Also, OpenAI costs are still high compared to competition.

> **Inconvénients**: The learning curve prior to adoption is steep and the product is constantly changing. The customer support is very hit and miss depending on the issue, department and engineers who deal with your request.

> Overall I feel like we have selected the right solution for mass file storage. I do wish the support was better and that the product changed at as lower pace.

> **Inconvénients**: Microsoft Azure can be slow to provide certain information or details in real time. The reporting for devices and apps takes quite some time to provide info such as the sync time for a device and also if a Conditional Access Policy was successfully added to the device.
> 
> I use Microsoft Azure daily to provide administrative tasks, monitor and configure Conditional Access Policies, monitor firewall rules Risky Users report. Overall, it provides a great service and value.

> **Avantages**: we were able to move our older IT on premises infrastructure into the Cloud.  It was not as difficult as we had expected, but we did have assistance from a consultant.

> **Inconvénients**: Its pricing model is a bit cumbersome.  They have one bill for Azure, one for M365, another for Teams + Co Pilot, and they don't always line up date-wise
> 
> Pretty good\!  They let you 'ramp up' or down the amount of computing power you need.  Managing the 'Tenants' is confusing. I recommend a consultant for that part.
