inFlow Cloud est une solution tout-en-un de gestion des stocks adressée aux PME afin de leur permettre d'effectuer le suivi des produits, ventes et clients. inFlow vise à aider les PME à gagner du temps et à rester organisées concernant leur inventaire, leurs commandes et leurs clients, grâce à de nombreuses fonctionnalités : liste des produits, lecture de code-barres, suivi des localisations, commandes groupées, nomenclatures, gestion des devis, gestion client, reporting des ventes, modèles personnalisables, prévisions des stocks, etc.

Les mouvements d'inventaire peuvent être suivis et un historique complet est fourni pour chaque produit, ce qui signifie que les employés ont toujours accès à des informations à jour concernant les stocks, articles réservés, articles disponibles et articles en transit. Avec inFlow, les utilisateurs peuvent générer des rapports d'inventaire historiques et prévisionnels afin de coordonner les renouvellements de stock et de maintenir l'équilibre entre rentabilité et disponibilité.
Les utilisateurs peuvent en outre s'aider d'inFlow pour générer et suivre les bons de commande, gérer les clients, imprimer ou envoyer des factures et bordereaux d'expédition, traiter les paiements, stocker les données de manière sécurisée, etc. Grâce au tableau de bord personnalisable, les utilisateurs peuvent accéder à des rapports visuels concernant les ventes, les coûts et les profits, ainsi que les meilleurs agents, les commandes en attente et les taxes.

Does what we need it to..

Avantages
We switched from the desktop version of inflow.
We use MacOS/IOS as a company and were growing concerned that we would have to switch platforms completely to allow our team "cloud" access to our inventory and invoicing.
The new interface makes the transition very simply and gives us the full functionality we need on our operating systems.
Inconvénients
We would like to see the continued development of the web app

Overall its the best i have found. I used Millenium software called Aatrex and it had one major advantage, I was able to program my own reports using crystal reports. The disadvantage is they have not gone to the cloud or handheld devices.
Avantages
The ability to have many types of inventory and pricing in CAD & other currencies.
The pre baked different ways an order can be printed, invoice, confirmation, pick list, box label
Inconvénients
I cannot figure out how to make an inventory report that excludes items with zero inventory on hand.
The software is missing the ability to easily print out a list of available products that i can hand to a customer.
In order to have such a list, I must export to excel and manually remove any items with zero or negative inventory. Its a huge time sink

Hi Todd, thanks for this great, detailed review!
Regarding your report, here are two tips that could help:
1. You could use an Inventory by Location report which can exclude products with zero quantity.
2. If your plan includes inFlow Showroom, you could create a public showroom and share that link with your customers. Showrooms can exclude out-of-stock products, and unlike an emailed or printed report, the showrooms are updated live based on the latest inFlow data.

It is an effective inventory management system that covers inflows, tracking, sales & reporting
That is what a business needs to get overall inventory insights for better decision making & customer service. It is indeed a value for money.
Avantages
It is not very expensive & simple to use which helps you organize your inventory systematically.
Customer service is also very helpful & responsive. The interface runs smoothly without hanging & meets its functionality without hassle.
Inconvénients
The system is great for a small business run but some flexibility in customization options really help to overcome limitations & make it more compact & robust.

Inflow has definitely made my work so much more manageable and can really do a lot, especially if workflows and conventions are laid out for users. For a small business/commerce business, it is a great choice.
Avantages
Simple to use, covers basic needs for a small company, quick to get started and learn. Customer service is EXCELLENT and they help to figure out ways to get what you need out of the platform. The price point makes it easy to start using and you can add modules as needed for nominal extra cost. There are simple .csv uploads and downloads to help every day with placing a lot of orders or uploading BOMs.
Inconvénients
As a company grows, it can be limiting. The audit trail for changes that are made to PO's, work orders, etc, is pretty basic and limited to a name and date. You have to figure out what changed by comparing versions. No revision control on BOMs, item records, etc. Though there are many note fields that can be used to document these details in a non-regulated environment.

Good to great. I have no other inventory system to compare with, but feel it is a useful tool.
I have no comment on how expensive it is for a small company as I do not handle accounts. It is just a hunch that for a small company that many not need all of the applications, it is expensive.
Avantages
It is comprehensive in terms of data retention of all inputs, with a wide variety of inputs. Re-order levels is good and tracking history and ability to transfer directly to accounting is great.
Inconvénients
The fact that it is not easy to adjust the invoice look and the Excel transfer sheet for evaluation. The format for invoices is not helpful in the that the total amount sometimes the the last digit gets wrapped to the next row. I have to transfer to Excel to make a correction. Annoying. Excel export format the columns all need adjusting to capture the data in the columns. Also very annoying.
