It also integrates directly with my Hubspot CRM, which makes things easier. Fast response from Customer Support team too. They are actually helpful, even though i'm on a free account. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes i get security issues that trigger IP Suspension. In this period, me and my users can't access our onboarding form, and it affects our workflow. Thankfully, customer support team responds fast. > > It's been good actually. I have grown to depend on Jotform for data collection, which has been critical to our improvement activities. ----- ### "Easy-to-Use Form Builder" — 5.0/5 > **Utilisateur vérifié** | *24 mai 2026* | Logiciels | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like that Jotform is easy to create professional and customizable forms without requiring any technical experience. The platform offers a wide variety of templates, integrations, and form submission automation features. Jotform integrates well with tools like Google Sheets, Dropbox, and HubSpot help streamline workflows and data collection. > > **Inconvénients**: Some of the more advanced features, submission limits, and storage capacities are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can become expensive as usage grows. > > Jotform is a user-friendly platform that makes it easy to quickly build forms for both internal business processes and customer-facing workflows. I’ve found it especially useful for collecting organized information, automating responses, and improving operational efficiency. Once you become familiar with the platform, it becomes a very powerful tool for form management and workflow automation. ----- ### "Long time Jotform User" — 3.0/5 > **Sandra** | *11 septembre 2025* | Marketing et publicité | Taux de recommandation : 6.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The ability for form customization is highly important to me, as well as ease of use. The price point is quite good, especially if you have a large number of forms. Customer support continues to improve and get faster. > > **Inconvénients**: Not being able to have multiple people access Jotform admin is a significant drawback. It limits organizations and creates a bottleneck in team flow, as only one person has the ability to edit and revise forms, unless you use a work around. The Enterprise level is significantly more expensive, which would be the solution to this, however it's priced out of range for most teams. Support can be complex, as on occasion they do not read through the full request or read what has been attempted to solve an issue. > > Overall, I have had a postive experience, and use Jotform daily. It takes form management to an efficient and easy to use part of gathering important information. ----- ### "Love it- Especially Jotform AI\!" — 5.0/5 > **Chloe** | *28 juillet 2026* | Art/artisanat | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Loved their integration with Stripe- so easy to collect payments on all of my forms. Jotform AI is my favorite product launch so far, I can now build complicated forms in a matter of minutes and don't have to deal with the setup. > > **Inconvénients**: Cant save specific edits made with Jotform AI- wish there was an ability to keep some edits and revert other changes. > > Great platform, super easy to use and streamlines all of my form and data collection processes. Much more intuitive than other form building tools and creates better looking assets. ----- ### "Easy to use, great value for money" — 4.0/5 > **Utilisateur vérifié** | *18 février 2026* | Sports | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: The user interface is superior to similar platforms and I love how easy it is to make continuous changes to the live form created. > > **Inconvénients**: No UNDO button when editing / creating form\!
