Their design and functionality is so intuitive - they have everything I need and it just makes sense. Additionally, it provides the best value of any of them out there - especially for a small business owner. Their customer service is super responsive and \*actually\* helpful. When something doesn't work, or there is a feature you are looking for, they address those issues. They integrate with all my other platforms. And now they have the capability to sell digital products\! I just can't say enough good things about them. > > **Inconvénients**: Sometimes new features are a little clunky while they get the bugs worked out. Besides that?? I really can't think of anything. > > This has been a fantastic experience so far. I can't wait to see how working with MailerLite will help me grow my business and stay connected with new and potential clients. Well done. ----- ### "Super easy to use and super powerful" — 5.0/5 > **LUISA** | *13 juin 2026* | Marketing et publicité | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Easy to use and whenever I got myself in a bind their customer support helped me immediately - Great tool to have for subscribers. Cannot recommend it enough\! > > **Inconvénients**: What I liked least was that a few features took some time to learn and were not always immediately obvious. However, this was a minor issue, and once I became familiar with the platform, it was easy to use. Overall, my experience has been very positive. > > Super eaMy overall experience with MailerLite has been excellent. I love how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, while still offering all the tools I need to create professional email campaigns. It has made managing my email marketing much simpler and more efficient. I highly recommend MailerLite to anyone looking for a reliable, user-friendly email marketing platform.sy to use ----- ### "Refund my money — abusive Anti-Spam policy" — 1.0/5 > **Utilisateur vérifié** | *29 avril 2026* | Ressources humaines | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: What I liked most was the design of their emails, along with a user-friendly and easy-to-use system. > > **Inconvénients**: I signed up for the service, carried out only 2 campaign sends, and before even completing a week, my account was closed. I was unable to use the plan, yet they kept 100% of the payment (USD 70). No real use of the service. No refund. No sense of proportionality. They justified the decision based on an alleged violation of their anti-spam policy. My database was built carefully and had already been used previously without issues, including contacts with explicit consent and others with implied consent (no objection to prior communications). I also explained that the bounce rate was due to high staff turnover in the sector I work in, not due to any improper practices. None of this was taken into account. They closed the account unilaterally and retained the remaining funds. For anyone considering this platform: you may pay, barely use the service, and still lose all your money with no possibility of a refund. This is not rigor — it is an abusive, arbitrary, and dishonest practice toward customers. I do not recommend it. > > My experience was very poor, as their so-called “Anti-Spam Policy” is applied arbitrarily and conceals abusive and dishonest charges for services that are not delivered. Refund my money. ----- ### "What We Like Most About MailerLite" — 5.0/5 > **Isuru** | *9 juin 2026* | Gestion d'organisme à but non lucratif | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: It's cost effective. I like it's custom HTML email creator and AI assistant. It's super easy to use. I think they have one of the best customer support. Segmentation supports to organize contacts. It's easy to create campaigns in MailerLite. Since it gives unlimited seats with the advanced subscription it's super friendly to do the task and project management. > > **Inconvénients**: Honestly I don't have any complains about MailerLite. I have been searching for a good email sending platform and finally I found it. > > I have used several bulk mail sending products. Out of all of those things I think MailerLite is the best. ----- ### "Mailerlite is easy to use and good value for money." — 5.0/5 > **Simone** | *11 juin 2026* | Art/artisanat | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Mailerlite is easy to use and much cheaper then other companies. I hardly need the customer support, but when I do they're really helpful. > > **Inconvénients**: Can't think of anything. Only thing is that everything is in English, so you have to translate all settings and such. > > Good\!. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Données structurées
