As the Shipping manager, I need easy access to inventory levels, AR holds, and best shipping methods. Thanks to RokitShip I have all the info I need at my fingertips. We used to spend hours preparing shipping docs and often got info late in the process so we'd have to scrap everything and start all over. We now also just integrated with our pick and pack team at the warehouse using the mobile app. We are so much more efficient as a team connecting admin and warehouse. I honestly don't know what we'd do without it. I definitely recommend it

We have been using this for the past 8 months and we don't know what we ever did without it. We manage our available items and ship list, and batch email all of our clients with tracking. I also recently started using it to process payment and manage AR setting which has really helped me be more organized with payment. It just saves so much time. It was really easy to set up and the support team has been helpful and available. Were really happy with it and highly recommend it.
