I spent over an hour on the phone, dealt with daily calls and two weeks of emails, only to hear, “We can’t refund.” Then, magically, the button started working again a week later — proving it was their fault all along. I didn’t choose this app —my company used it to pay me. But if I had a choice, I’d avoid it completely. Be careful.
