I store A LOT of my files on it as well as all of my photos\! It makes it really easy to find what I need when I need it due to the ease of file organization. It’s a very easy learning curve. > > **Inconvénients**: Currently I don’t really have a Con, but my concern is that in the future the cost will increase. Right now it’s inexpensive and a great value for the cost but I’m afraid that the price will increase and then I will have to move everything. > > Overall it’s really simple to use, I highly trust that everything is where I put it, and my favorite part is that if my devices (or multiple devices) are damaged or lost, I can just log in from a different device and find my saved items AND do a restore from my device backups. It provides peace of mind for me\! ----- ### "iCloud for small busineess" — 5.0/5 > **Julie** | *18 novembre 2025* | Produits alimentaires | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I just changed from android to the iPhone and I am new to iCloud. I am beginning to use it so I am in the learning stages. So far I can save all my transferred documents in the Cloud and I am learning to store my pictures in there as well. So far everything is saving well and I can find everything I put in there. > > **Inconvénients**: Well navigating has been a challenge because I am new to the Apple way of doing things. I believe, as this software is designed to create, save and share I will soon be able to do everything needed to drive my business. > > So far, as I am learning, I have had a good experience with this tool. I am encouraged and look forward to organizing my small business and growing my clientele and marketing practices. ----- ### "Solution for extra storage" — 3.0/5 > **Khiana** | *25 juillet 2025* | Construction | Taux de recommandation : 7.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like that my files (photos, notes, documents) can be shared across various devices easily - both work and personal devices. I also like that when I upgrade to a new Apple product, I can just sign back into my iCloud and have everything set up easily\! > > **Inconvénients**: When my iCloud was full it deleted my items (files from my work computer as well as photos from my personal phone) without notifying me that this was going to happen. When I called Apple support, they let me know my items were gone and there was no way to retrieve them. They do not notify you when items will be deleted, only when your iCloud storage is full. When I needed to upgrade my iCloud storage, I found there was no in-between option. I wish there were more scaled options or you could create your own package of what amount of storage you'd like to purchase. It's expensive to be paying $14 with taxes every month for extra storage however, I had no choice but to upgrade so my devices would function properly. With low storage space, they were glitching. > > I appreciate that iCloud allows me to easily access my files across devices and allows extra storage without needing to upgrade to a new device. The support agents are always friendly and do their best to help when I contact Apple. I wish it was less expensive and you would be notified before items are removed. ----- ### "Great if you're all in on Apple, limited everywhere else" — 4.0/5 > **Blake** | *19 juin 2026* | Vente au détail | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: or staff who are on Apple devices, iCloud just works the way you'd expect. Photos, contacts, and files stay in sync without any real effort on their end, which is nice from an IT support perspective because it's one less thing people call about. The file sharing through iCloud Drive has gotten a lot more functional over the last couple of years and for personal document access it's genuinely smooth. If you're fully in the Apple ecosystem it's probably one of the more seamless cloud storage experiences out there. > > **Inconvénients**: chrome icon google docs icon In a mostly Windows and Microsoft 365 environment it sticks out like a sore thumb. iCloud for Windows has historically been clunky and we've had to troubleshoot it more than once when it conflicts with OneDrive or causes weird sync behavior. It's also not something you'd ever consider as a primary file management solution for a team, it really is built around individual Apple users rather than any kind of collaborative or organizational workflow. Cross-platform file sharing works but it always feels like an afterthought compared to how it behaves natively on a Mac. > > chrome icon google docs icon iCloud is fine for what it is, but in our setup it's really just something we support on the periphery for people with iPhones or Macs rather than anything we lean on organizationally. It's not a tool we'd build workflows around given how Microsoft centric our environment is, but for individual use it does its job without a lot of complaints. Would probably rate it higher if we were an Apple first shop. ----- ### "iCloud - Your File Management Solution" — 5.0/5 > **Paul** | *14 mai 2026* | Immobilier | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: iCloud provides seamless file sharing and management integration between Apple devices making it very simple to use. At its low price point it is an excellent file management solution. > > **Inconvénients**: The thing I liked least about iCloud is that there is at times bugs and issues with files missing. There also can be a learning curve for those not familiar with the Apple ecosystem of products. > > Overall, I have had an excellent experience with iCloud, especially when it comes to customer support. | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
