La plateforme est très intuitive et facile à utiliser. Permet d’extraire des données utiles sur le stock des produits vendus et de gérer les prix de manière efficace.

La plateforme est parfois lente lors du tirage au sort ou du chargement de nombreuses listes de produits.

J’ai utilise SAP lors d’une mission chez un client. Le projet était complexe et il y avait beaucoup de fonctionnalités à mettre en place. Rien n’est impossible avec SAP et nous avons pu tout implémenter sans problème et le client était très content du résultat

Beaucoup d’heures pour prendre en main SAP et être à l’aise. Il faut savoir dans quoi on se lance avant de commencer. Les juniors sont iront beaucoup de mal à être efficace dès les premiers jours. Mais à force d’efforts tout est possible.

Intuitif, facile d’utilisation, on prend la main assez rapidement pour utiliser toutes les fonctionnalités du logiciel

L’esthétisme du logiciel pourrait être modernisé.

3)Easy to use and learn and has provisions with Work Centers for CRM, SCM, FICO, PMO and HRM modules.

1)Limited ability when it comes to specific module based requirements since it tends to be a generic all in one solution.
2) Has a very limited presence under the SAP Umbrella and very few people talk about it.

How Organize everything is and how easy it is to find work orders/parts and everything in between.

sometimes you must be specific about what you are looking for; like if searching for parts you must be specific about it

Time keeping abilities were pretty spot on.

So pretty much everything, it wasnt user friendly, always having problems with my login credentials, not letting me enter in hours worked etc.

I feel like the software could be a bit more user friendly. I think that SAP has one of the best accounting programs on the market but it should be a little easier to use.

SAP Business ByDesign an affordable option for medium sized companies. The system is hosted in the cloud at SAP's servers. Companies get to buy only the modules that they need without worrying about the infrastructure costs. It's also very cost effective because you only pay for what you use and you can scale to more modules when you need them as your business changes.

For me the coolest thing about SAP Business ByDesign is the fact that it runs on the best database by SAP called HANA. HANA is a powerful, fast in-memory database that allows for powerful business analytics, high level reporting with KPIs and dashboards.

It is not a cheap system. It could be too expensive for small businesses.
The fact that is is cloud based means that it cannot work without a stable internet connection.

Its one of the best legacy tool that organizations still use and it has vast functions as compare to other products in market

The most thing I don’t like is its user interface.

It creates an interactive space for our workplace that is user friendly and easy to navigate.

It's hard to figure out how to customize the layout.

What I like the most about SAP Business ByDesign is it intuitiveness and openness.

What I like the least about SAP Business ByDesign is the complexity from time to time.

I can submit invoices for payment and see the status of the invoice very easily

It was a little difficult to learn to navigate but that was probably more user error then anything else lol

They have a lot of industry to choose from, and the interface is appealing. Also it is user-friendly.

They do not disclose the pricing of their plan. That would be helpful.

I like that it is cloud based, and can be accessed from anywhere. I also like that it is up to date.

I disliked the subscription price, and how I liked that it was cloud based, I disliked that part when internet connection was down.

One of the major issues is a high cost for small bussiness and also require more effort to learn

very easy and self explanatory. Helps keep things organized and easy to send to admin.

There is not much that I see that I do not like.

User friendly interface and very easy to use.

There is room for improvement for software to look like modern age design.

It makes it easier for the company to perform its day-to-day activities with SAP's workflow processing and also when it comes to allocating bills to their respective source.

For users, I wish it was possible for a person who loaded a workflow notification to delete it as well if they feel the need to.
