Avis clients sur Firefish

I use the Advert posting, applicant processing, and CV database. I absolutely love all these features as they're incredibly easy to use and very convenient. My favourite feature is the option for mandatory pre-screening questions as this saves me a lot of time when going through the job applications.

Honestly, not many cons come to mind as there are parts of Firefish I don't use but perhaps the organisation of the Candidate profiles. The CV is buried on the last tab in documents but is the most important thing on someone's profile.

Logical workflows so easy for new staff to learn the system.

Jobboard integrations could offer more functionality like how many credits used/available per month, which adverts are posted on XX job board and editing adverts within a period (if allowed by the job board). Reporting could be expanded for better management visibility of individual and team performance.

I haven't been too involved with the integration into our business, however, when it comes down to my use of uploading candidates to build a database and search for candidates it is very easy to use.

Not being able to add more than one position when creating a candidate profile

CRM, keeping all notes, history, calls, email in one place, and the boolean searches - to be able to use as a job board

Sales forecasting for temps, great for perms but not so user friendly for temps

Great onboarding -Easy to use recruitment software - helps generate more business -good system for managing candidates and recruitment process

Can be a bit slow sometimes but overall very useful recruitment tool

Software is always being improved and updated. Very easy to use. Good value for money.

Formatted CVs need to be more user-friendly. It's a little glitchy.

Fairly easy to use and to navigate around. It is very effective without being over complicated.

You cannot block delete candidates/profiles. Doing it individually is extremely time consuming and laborious
The templates in place are pretty standard and do not look very professional

The simple and honest answer is everything.

When WDCS started looking for a CRM system we had lots of criteria and instantly thought about another product that we have used for multiple years, but when we visited the Firefish stand and the recruitment expo it all became a "no brainer"!

In Firefish we found a system that catered for all our needs and actually thought for us and helped us increase candidate and client contact. The platform itself is very user friendly and very easy on the eye, it allows you to input KPI, Sales figures and actual billings and run reports. The part that impressed me the most was that we are able to allow candidates to access and update their own profile and make the decision themselves if they want to receive job updates, newsletters and are happy with WDCS Data compliance.

I haven't even mentioned connecting it to the job boards and being able to run our own adverts from Firefish and post on to partnered sites.

Definitely above all else the ease of use has to be the biggest thumbs up!

If you are reading this and not using Firefish then you are definitely missing out!

So far nothing that I don't like about it, far superior to other systems that I've used in the past

This is an easy-to-use software, which allows for the integration from outlook and calendars to ensure a "one-stop overview" for all our company needs. The new feature of being able to customise the terms within each client provides an easy overview of the terms, also this feature links through to new jobs minimise steps and speeds up the process.

With the preview windows being in PDF format, this can mess with the format of Word documents, so we have added an extra process to convert word documents to PDF to ensure documents view correctly

The process from start to finish, enables you to give the candidate a good experience, whether they are right for the role they've applied for or not. The Firefish software is exactly what recruitment businesses need, they've thought of everything!

I don't feel there is any cons to Firefish - the team are always developing new ways to make a recruiter's job easier.

Lots of functions, and features that can be utalised.

A few hidden costs, if after 3 months your workload increases and Firefish isn't for you, you find yourself roped into a 12-month contract. Way too over the top for what it is supposed which makes it over complicated.

I enjoy the streamlined and easy-use layout of the platform. It makes it easy to move through each section and complete tasks. Keeping track of client processes every step of the way and informing clients through the click of a button.

The lack of Integration capabilities with other platforms- lack of integration with Job oards

The ease at which I can post roles, track candidates and re-cycle back into new processes

Ideally, the interviews would feed into my outlook calendar so I could keep track that way

Not being able to spell check and change words automatically if incorrectly spelt

Firefish is the best CRM I have used so far, like every CRM it is only as good as the stuff you put into it. The more accurate and detailed your entry is the better the software becomes.

The lack of integration with some of the bigger platforms. The formatting of CVs isn't great and end up just doing it outside of the system.

Ease of use and functionality plus customer support of course

Reports are a bit complicated and there are some 'hard coded' menu drop downs that would be better if you could put your own in. Also ability to change the dates / amend certain things (ie the date you sent a CV for example)

It was easy to understand, logical to follow and allowed us to tailor it to our own industry. I was responsible for helping to choose FF and the process was made very simple, with FF providing excellent support.

FF allows you to create a system aligned to the sector /sectors you are working in, using your own industry language, rather than generic terminology.

It links to our website and through to social media and job boards, all aspects that save time and repetition.

They run weekly Webinars that cover a wide range of topics which are very helpful for the small business.

They were always ahead of the game when it came to GDPR, seeing it as an opportunity rather than a problem.

The support team are also very good and friendly, which makes it easier to contact them as you don't feel judged.

Finally, they are constantly developing the system, often based on the comments from the users.

I am sure there are issues, but to date I have't found them.
