In the app, it will show all things like payslips, documents, leave policy, and company details. Users can download and access this from anywhere. It can also track Time in or time out the timing of employees.

Sometimes it feels like UI/UX could be better than the present one. Sometimes it lags and crashes also.
Need to fix this otherwise, this is very good software.

Greythr is a great payroll software with simple navigation and functionalities

It gives tutorial for both Employee & Employer's for easy understanding.

Tax calculation functionality make it unique.

it is not a globalized payroll software.

It is a core human resource software. With this software we can track employees activities. It basically simplifies the work of an HR. We can mark our attendance online in web portal. Login and log out times are captured which makes our daily attendance. The user interface is very pleasant. there are reminders on dashboard where we get to know who joined as a new employee in an organisation. We also get notification for birthdays and other occasions.

We can not mark our attendance from mobile phone app. This is the issue which I faced recently. It only displays the attendance. Rest everything is fine.

The easy to use software, even a child can use it without any problem. Old people like us really appreciate applications that are extremely easy to use and right on the point. Using it for HR management and leave management

No cons found ever. I have a couple of features to suggest but I will mail them to the team directly.

Lots of support in the form of videos, process documents, chat bot and customer care calls

Nothing that comes to my mind as there has been only benefits

GreytHR, is a Human Resource app which can be used by all employers. I have been using this greytHR portal for three years. It's the best application that is useful for every employee. First thing, that we use this greytHR portal for daily Attendance purpose. We can easily access this greytHR portal. Generally, we won't get PaySlips directly to our emails, there will be a different types of process in different companies. By using this greytHR portal, we can easily download our PaySlips anytime. Also, It's a friendly app in Android Mobiles. We can use Leave Management Feature in greytHR very easily. Lot of other features also available like, Holiday Calendar, Employee Lifecycle Management and Expense Claims etc.

I don't have much dislikes about this greytHR. It's a best app which every one can access easily. There are some minor issues with greytHR is, sometimes while we are using the app and logging into portal it will take long time.

HR and payroll can be easily managed using greytHR. The company can customize this product based on their requirements and can be up and running in no time. Payslips can be easily generated for the employees, leaves applied by employees can be approved and tracked and other HR activities can be easily managed on the software.

The UI can be optimised more considering how users are shifting more and more towards mobile applications.

Multiple features are available, cost is ok for payroll management.

1. Not a admin friendly, options to perform action should be available at same place2. Many actions are not available in Tabs, can be find only through "search action"3. No view action of documents, on click it get directly download for user as well and admin too4. No customization options available, suggestions given to customer support but it didn't work5. Attendance management module is costly6. Reimbursement module not user friendly, no options to upload multiple documents in one expense

I mostly like the taxation part. As a accountant It was an very lengthy process for me to calculate every employees tax manually and also filing of TDS return is also very useful for me. Thank to Greyt HR for making this very easy for us.

Mainly for ESIC computation.Need to set as per the rule of GOvt.Ofourse its calculationg as per the Govt rates but one clause is missing there.as follows.

If anyone's salary is appraise and salary goes beyond 21000 still for the given period given by Govt it need to be deduct. So that rule need to be added on portal. So that it will automatically done while calculation of salary.

Can manage leaves of multiple employees at one time.
Attendance is on one click, Easy to access even from bottom to top level of management.

Internet issues is limitation of this software.

This is very easy to use and the customer support is very awesome , Software has inbuilt tutorial/videos if we didn't understand something , we can just go through it and it solves are problem

I like very thing about this software, so there is no cons i would like to highlight

As we where maintaining Data in excel , we found greythr the right fit for our requirements, the Support team is great specially "[SENSITIVE CONTENT]"

Overall the software is good but some areas needs to be developed, we have given some of the suggestion to the development team hope they will take it forward.

Onboarding and Off-boarding process , its very easy and nice to use . and its all the other options also vey good, like Pin generation, Declaration window, POI , Leaves, attendance and payroll all are good.

Some times system will not work properly, especially end of the month in Payroll time and when we raised an issue some time Greyt HT Team will not respond .

it can be little more upgrade to this pandamic (Ex. we have to apply WFH on a daily basis , it could better if the software can do it on weekly basis and Employee can review the attendace.

After fund approval Direct Deposit system from wallet.

Form 16 live Tax Compliance and issues can be done.
​Time & Attendance can be monitored.
​Employee Database are maintained in file manner.

Additional features like late login remainder and payroll check list can be modified.

Not able to get particular employee payroll starting from his joining to till date, may be for 3 or 4 years.along with his designation. i.e. his complete data starting from his joining. Where he/she stands

The person who has minimum knowledge about payroll can take forward rest of the things the product will take care

Greythr is the best Payroll software. It gets integrated with Zoho people and Greythr has various webinars scheduled each week to convey the changes and upgradation in the software.

The best part is all the amendments in the law regarding PF ESIC etc is notified well in advance.

The trouble ticket system doesn't work properly, a timely response is missing

Logout immediately while software is not in use for 3-5 minutes. slow process/ lagging while doing salary work in starting of the every month.

Recently changed UI. Each main heads looked to be jumbled up.
Looks like there are bugs.

GreytHR software is excellent and user-friendly for both admin & employees. Creating new employees and the employee onboarding process is easy. Apart from this educational videos of every function is uploaded on the same screen are very useful for admin login.

Live training & knowledge sharing webinars are very useful to update HR & compliance from time to time.

Overall few implementations need to do in GreytHR:
=> performance appraisal
=> online PF/ESIC/gratuity form submissions with a digital signature in employee onboarding
=> mandate to upload employee photos and bank details (with attachment) while doing employee onboarding

Employer EPF should get added in salary slap and break up should be in CTC.
No option for PMS.
Very difficult to raise a query after Bella, please remove it.
