Hoping for interactive functionality in the future.

Easy to use, with excellent support! We tried other competing software/player suites and found the lack of support to be frustrating. We've always had prompt support from TrueDigital! We use this service in multiple locations. The ease of use makes it a no brainer.

There is a bit of a learning curve but support has always been available to help us through any problems or issues. Most of our issues have been user error.

Cost is very competitive and easy of use.

Menu options are not usable for bigger non changing menus

I love the ability to create one playlist and send it out to multiple sites. Our company has many different subsidiaries and we're able to communicate to all the sites easily

The interface is a little clunky. I'm sure there are solutions with better UI, but this one still works. Just have to understand how to do it.

Scheduling capabilities is our number one priority. We like the weather app too. Customer service has always been very helpful when we've found ourselves offline or not updated.

I don't believe we've been successful syncing with Google Slides. I think we need to upload jpegs into the media library. I would like to be able to sync to Google Slides without any hiccups.

To its credit, truDigital allows multiple users to upload content to players/screens across the users' campus. The interface is clear and reasonably intuitive and allows our administrator to oversee content without having to personally post each item. It allows for a variety of different media, ranging from templates that will populate the players with breaking news stories and images, to templates that allow users to upload still images and videos. On the whole, I've been pleased with the product.

A three things that drive me nuts: (1) I have not found a way to copy a template and its content from one player in our system to another, forcing me to rebuild each template for each player, (2) the player playlists allow you to automate when an item will start/stop playing, but does not automatically remove it from playlist itself, and (3) I wish there was a built in "monitor" where you could view what is playing on a player in realtime. Since I am in a different building from all of our players, the only way I can confirm that things posted correctly is to walk across campus and wait for my content to pop up.

I like the fact that I can schedule updates and use different messages on different screens.

The software is incredibly slow, clunky and outdated. I can't easily make updates from my mobile phone, and simply publishing an update takes way too long. To update birthdays and anniversaries monthly takes me about 45 minutes. To publish one simple slide takes me about 15 minutes, and that doesn't count the time it takes to make the slide. The system is in need of a MAJOR overhaul.

Works well with the wireless feature. Support team is wonderful and very responsive.

It is not that user friendly at first and there is little creative freedom.

What I enjoy most about the software, is how easy it is to manage your files. I can chose which playlists which files appear in, and easily update certain sites. It's perfect for constantly changing playlists and images. Easy to control and keep track of exactly what you want.

Connectivity, and buffer times. There are many times I need to close my browser in order to make an progress. Sometimes a change only will save if I make sure the browser is completely closed and try it all over again. Which is not terrible, because of the way the file manager allows you to store files.

Also I have issues using remote support options. I've never successfully rebooted a player from my software portal...

Allows us to have a very professional look in the front office of the campground.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The best part is the easy set up and the different templates available.

It might not be the most advanced software but you get what you pay for.

We like that we have the ability to customize our own slides on our TV's to show content relevant to our business and employees.

Was a bit quirky at first to get used to how to create content but once that was handled it's been ok.

Loading times can be slow sometimes, but that may very well be an issue on our end.
