I love how customizable it is. It helps me manage both the candidate and client facing side of the business and customize almost any pipeline and report.

Since there are so many different facets, it took a bit longer to get up to speed on the product, but once I did, its very user intuitive. Also, the mobile app needs more work to get it to where the desktop product is.

Tons of functionality, but gets confusing to navigate and make work for the business.

Literally everything. It’s essential for any recruiter. Easy to use. Clear and intuitive user experience.

That I pay out of pocket for it myself but it’s ok. It’s worth it :)

The ability to see the team's progress and individual jobs being worked on

The ease of use, particularly the DASHBOARD, is amazing. Before Crelate, I avoided entering people into our ATS and had hoards of paper.

Setting it up is still a process. I'd love a more plug-and-play with simple workflows set up and easily tweaked rather than building from scratch.

Mass emails, bulk texts, and easily access templates for all is perfect. The map options when doing radius searches of clients or candidates is great once you figure out how to access it.

I had the activity feed and wish I could remove it or filter it so I only see my activity. The cluttered appearance of the app is frustrating as well, making it hard to access when using a smaller screen. Ring Central isn't integrated properly and can be unresponsive or will ring at random when no calls are coming in. RC isn't very accessible friendly within Crelate and is easier to use outside of the browser, but you're still getting duplicate calls/text/notifications from all. The radius search is complicated to access and should be available within a list - it's frustrating to have to double back multiple times to get back to the list I was on. Candidate updates and movement on lists is frustrating - I'm making calls to 150+ people and any updates made to a candidate profile will remove them to another portion of the list which can make tracking who I've called while I'm making the calls very complicated. Imported candidates often have missing information despite it being clearly noted on their resume. Resume imports have so many errors it's often easier to import manually. Past jobs import as being current and there doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason to it. Your Chrome extension isn't great - I'll try to import a LinkedIn profile and the current employment dates disappear when I try to select the employer (because Crelate NEVER pulls that information correctly).

Crelate is very visual which we love, it's also very customizable so it is very easy to edit our system to adjust where we need it. Support is fantastic, they are quick and follow up frequently to make sure everything is resolved.

We do often have little glitches but they are very minor and usually just require a page refresh.

Crelate's userinterface is consistent throughout various tools in the platform, making the features easy to learn and use. It's pretty intuitive. I also really like how customizable Crelate is, interms of activities, workflow stages, fields, etc. Crelate's team listens too, which is great. They take and implement feedback regularly.

There's some inconsistency in the search fields available in various sections of the tool, Contacts tab vs Advanced Search vs Job Opportunity searching for example. There are typically ways to get around the hurdles, but it may take you a little longer to get where you need to go. I will say though, this only happens with more complex searches, the simple stuff that the average user is running likely is no problem.

Easy to use and master. Customer service is great. Always get a reply when I have a question. They have frequent Webinars on new features and take client feedback for new features. Integrates well with LinkedIn and Outlook.

Wish I could tag multiple contacts/candidates in Outlook tool.

Interaction with LinkedIn Recruiter, ability to "tag" & build custom candidate reports .. favorite feature is being able to track if email was "viewed"

Crelate has made it easier for us to search up candidates that go back in our system.

I don't like the update. I don't like that the new update changed the way we open job orders. I have had issues with it since day 1.

I really like being able to "drag and drop" resumes into the database and all the fields get magically populated.

I like how easily Crelate can be customized and how user-friendly the platform is in general. Also, the customer service is great and I enjoy the additional resources Crelate offers.

Some functionality is missing/limited but I know the team is working tirelessly to bring the users what they want constantly.

The new email tracking feature to see if a candidate has read an email.

- Unprofessional looking emails to candidates with terrible line spacing- Bulk emails: can't track if they've been opened by candidates- When I have an issue and Help sends me a link. I don't have time to go and research my problem.

What is there not to love? Crelate is super intuitive and customizable. I love how everything can as zoomed out or zoomed into the details as you want. The job postings are super quick and easy, and really help with our passive sourcing.

I haven't really found many areas where I feel Crelate is lacking. One issue I have occasionally is the Crelate extension will stop working out of nowhere and the only way I've found to get it to work again is to uninstall and reinstall the extension. This doesn't happen that often though and isn't too hard of a workaround fix.

Ease of use and functionality between screens was nice.

The support in the beginning when I signed up for it was good. Thereafter, diminished to the terrible. I changed vendors, cancelled my subscription three months early and never received a refund even though asking and reminding numerous times. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.
