My account information was hacked and I’ve gone a month fighting back-and-forth without any resolution or updates from the dispute after catching it and trying to resolve it. My account was limited and was not accessible has taken five months of fighting just to fix it out of my time and disputing them the ridiculous amount of my personal time and frustration is not worth being a customer or dealing with this company anymore. It’s severely gone downhill and not trustworthy as a consumer.
