I wish the reporting features were a bit more customizable and robust for in-depth analysis.

Site24x7 has been an essential service for our business for the last five years. Solid, consistent service at a great price. Love the flexible, inexpensive notifications.

Almost too many features for our small company, but I'd rather have too many features than missing features.

In dashboards color notification for entire node down and node with particular application down are same. We are not able to conclude whether entire node is down or some application. There must be different colour indication.

With Site24x7 monitoring made very easy, I like the user interface and the ease of access. The tool has various integrations with easy connectivity, adding the resource to the monitoring in an easily guided way. Managing the user and resources is clear

The polling interval should be more specific for a few resources, except this all the features in the tool are good

The capacity of monitor so many parameters on our servers and even our UPS!

I would like that the courses and tutorials were in spanish.

I personally like Configuring the servers is really simple with a single CLI command

Site24x7 provides an excellent monitoring service for internal process and external service monitoring, at a very low cost.

The integrations with different notification channels lets us target the appropriate audience for the messages.

The API for creating and activating/deactivating monitors is very user-friendly and intuitive.

Can be confusing to get set up correctly, but this is mostly because of the power and configurability of the service.

1. All Server resources like CPU, RAM, and Disk network can be monitored in one place with details information in real-time. 2- Website Monitoring which alerts whenever it's reached high consumption. 3- Sending real-time alerts on the app, mail, sms, and call.

As of now, I haven't found any missing monitoring tool on this.

I love its dashboarding capabilities. And that the monitoring system itself keep track of historical data providing great insight on what is happening.

Dashboard designer could do some refresh in means of what it can do and how to achieve it.

The dashboard is rich in detail, but navigation is a bit hard. It takes time to learn the dashboard and find what you need.

Easy Integration. Up and Running in an instant. Whole thing was set up for the whole website and support servers in less than an hour.

The german translation could be a little bit better. it's not bad it's just a bit funny or unusual at some points.

I would think, not being able to look at SQL statements without implementing APM for source code monitoring.
