My team's clients enjoy seeing stats from multiple platforms all in one place rather than having to seek out information from each individual source. With all of the customizations available, our clients have tailor-made dashboards that are unique to their business and goals. We will likely be upgrading our account soon to have access to more dashboards. Thankful for the product and support that Klipfolio provides!
Avantages
I love the clear, customizable visualizations that can be created from a variety of data sources. I enjoy being able to create custom data sources and klips in addition to the pre-built options to build dashboards that provide our clients with exactly the information they need.
Inconvénients
There is a bit of a learning curve. The syntax for formulas and names of functions varies a little from Excel or Google Sheets, so it takes a while to get used to the differences. However, the customer service team has been wonderful at answering questions via chat and helping me achieve my desired results (and learn how to do things faster & better the next time).

Thanks to Klipfolio, we can have around 35 customers with their own authomatical dashboard to know in real time hows hes data of all the effort done during the campaings we made. This is saving a lot of time to us instead of generating manual reports.
Avantages
The easiest way to connect with multiple apps by theirs API to get all data in standard formats like json and spreadsheet tables. All are well documented and the support is always there to help or improve your formulas. This tool let us raise quicker than we expected helping a lot with the partners program and certification for mutual synergy.
Inconvénients
Seems that their publicy reach me too late because i were looking for a tool like this since around 6 years ago and founded 2 years ago.

We can see "almost" real time data of our team, helps us stay accountable for recruiting metrics and let's us run contests, has a lot of customizable features
Inconvénients
Very difficult to navigate on the backend, basically have to become a coder, formatting and other things don't seem to be functioning well in terms of user interface, could be cleaner and more modern looking

I'm saving costs and increasing customers having great results in real time, good desing, escalable for new needs. High quality software at low cost. Is easy to learn because of the documentation, webinars and support but you have to take your time to dominate it. The reach potential is awesome
Avantages
The reach and freedom that Klipfolio gives to implement what ever you need & want.
They also have a partner program and certifications. The support services is very good and documentation are well explain. Easy Multi-API Conexion.
Inconvénients
That i found it to late, their ads reach me 4 years after i need it and have to reestructurate my team. I could raise faster if i know about it althought i were looking for a tool like Klipfolio.

Avantages
I like how Klipfolio integrates well with complex data sources. The user interface is awesome and makes it easy to navigate around the Klipfolio dashboard very easily.
I like the help support team behind Klipfolio ,as they are always helpful and are available at every time of the day.
It offers us CSV based themes ,which enable us better visualize and modify data around the dashboard.
Inconvénients
Klipfolio has a long learning curve .Requires a new user to really stay committed to it every minute of the day ,maybe for the first three month.However the effort is worth it.

Avantages
Biggest pro is the number of connectors. Klipfolio connects basically to every tool we use.
Almost equally important is the flexible access to data. This means Klipfolio isn't so dependent on the formatting of the raw data. When I import data for a custom klip, it's easy to select the data the way I want to and represent results in different ways.
I've been able to construct neat and comprehensive dashboards for many different data needs of a game company including marketing data, game performance data, in-game event data and company work flow.
Less is more in the design. This tool is clearly for data visualizations, so that's what you do with it. All other options in settings, team control etc. are minimalistic and simple as they should be.
Inconvénients
Honestly, with a few weeks experience, I haven't jumped into anything that would have caused frustration.
Perhaps it could be stated that the pricing plans push even relatively small teams to go for more expensive options.

Avantages
Kudos to Klipfolio support! They are simply amazing. The few times I've had issues requiring support, they have been prompt, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Klipfolio is very easy to set up. You don't need to be a very technical person to be able to get going with it because the learning curve isn't steep.
There's also deep integration with most of the software we use such as Adobe analytics and Amazon redshift.
Lastly, I like the flexibility and degree of customizations possible with this software.
Inconvénients
Over the years that we've been using Klipfolio, we haven't encountered any issues that support didn't help with in a timely manner. I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this software.

Avantages
Klipfolio comes with an huge library of already made Klips,which I am able to add to my dashboard with just a click. It also has an advanced engine from which users are able to build their own personalized klip.
Klipfoli has a great support team behind it ,who are always available to render assistance to users ,upon signing up for the service.
Inconvénients
Impressed with the quality of service from Klip thus far . Only wish there could be a freeze-pane function when extracting data from large spreadsheet files.

Avantages
Get started quick and easy. Ready-made dashboards and connectors to a lot of databases etc. If that is not enough, you can easily create own datasources (I use Excel, ODBC and Google Drive) and you can build both simple and advanced dashboards with the KPI's that are relevant to you.
Inconvénients
I have yet to find any real Cons. I would love to have ready database connectors to the CRM and ordersystem, that we use but as I have already build a source myself, this is really not a "must-have".

The ease of use is amazing and the nice visuals are definitely a plus! Not to mention the incredible and fast support given by the customer service team.
Inconvénients
I think they need some improvement in the in the klip editor, specially in the formula section. Its a little bit crowded with information and could use some redesign.

I was able to display company performance on an LCD TV which was very exiciting for many colleagues to be able to see real-time (actually near real-time) values on a screen.
Avantages
I used Klipfolio with many data sources, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, MySQL etc. Visualization is great, you can get the data from many resources and display it perfectly on a screen.
Inconvénients
You need to spend some time with support pages and you need to fail and learn on this software but it won't take more than one or two days. Rest is easy.

Overall, we are satisfied with Klipfolio, we use it for over a year, it works perfectly on our internal Smart TVs. I recommend it to all SMEs nad bigger companies.
Avantages
We use Klipfolio to display other statistical data, not KPI metrics. We show to uor employees site traffic, job responses, funny quotations and NPS feedbacks. The biggest advatage is that after set up it can be handled by beginners.
Inconvénients
We often need to restart the app after adding some panels to the dashboard. It's frustrating, the company could work on stability.

We've been running trials for several business platforms for our teams and out of the ones we've tried, Klipfolio definitely has the best value for the investment. The customization aspect of the key performance indicators has been great as different teams within the sales department often have their own specific metrics to measure performance, especially as the focus shifts each quarter.
Inconvénients
Data and analytics can be hard to interpret, according to some managers. However, once trained on it, it became easier. Just a bit of a learning curve!

Avantages
This is a great product to stay organized! My company is a computer software company so we have integrated with Klipfolio to pull data throughout the day so at a quick glance on the screen, we can see where our numbers are at. We have the ability to customize the dashboard in order to reflect each department of the company.
Inconvénients
With each dashboard there is a lot of space to fill, it is not necessarily a downfall. It is just finding what works for the space and what does not.

Avantages
Klipfolio is always adding new integrations to their library which makes it easy to connect to the common business software. If there's no integration pre-built then you can easily create whatever you need through writing API queries. The help documentation is really well written
Inconvénients
There's no easy way to share multiple dashboards privately unless you sign up for the more expensive plans

This software has been helpful for me personally in growing my business and has enabled me to help others manage and monitor the health of their own businesses as well.
Avantages
For me, the level of customization, scaleability of the platform, and top notch support make Klipfolio stand out among the other BI data visualization softwares out there.
Inconvénients
There are some very basic design elements that can take a little longer to implement in Klipfolio that are standard in most softwares. For example, at the time of this posting, if you want to add alternate row coloring to a table there are several steps involved to accomplish this and it's not at the click of a couple buttons as you might do in Excel, for example. Not a big deal since the feature is supported but it's more a matter of convenience for a basic design task.

We have been using Klipfolio for around 3 years in a variety of businesses. There is a lot of talk about data visualization and it's benefits, but using Klipfolio takes it to a new level. It allows you to effectively see an (almost) up to the minute snapshot of what is important to you in your business. Not a generic financial dashboard, but REAL information.
Once implemented, you are now making business changing descisions because you see things as they happen, not at the end of the month when you go through a financial statement, which not only just tells you that you have a problem, but not what the cause is and often it is then to late to stop the leak. The damage has been done.
We are talking about real KPI's and making people accountable. We are talking about giving snapshots of relevant information to relevant people.
It is one of the most important tools any business should have.

* No dedicated software required. You are never out of date!
* Easy to combine multiple datasources in one display

Avantages
The ability to mash up different data sources is most appealing. The list of pre-built connectors is always growing which is great for ease of use. We also love putting metrics on our in-office TVs. The metrics not only help with internal tracking of our performance, but they also assist in sales because we can visually show that we are an innovative and data-driven company.
Inconvénients
There is a bit of a learning curve to understanding the software, linking data sources, and writing the functions. It's not necessarily plug and play, although they've done a good job of streamlining a lot of the key parts (data integration/visualization). You have to learn Klipfolio's unique language to really harness the power of the tool.

We use Klipfolio to pull all of our business analytics and data into one place for everyone to see. Klipfolio is awesome and allows us to gather data from Google Analytics, PipeDrive, Mixpanel, Active Campaign and our own internal software.
Avantages
Awesome support, great visual appeal and ease of use.
Inconvénients
The custom klips can create a little learning curve, but once you read the setup docs and help library, you'll be good to go!

Inconvénients
The learning curve of the software can be a little harsh. If you don't have a technical background it might be a little bit overwhelming at the beginning.

I started programming to get KPI's on a Klipfolio Dashboard. In a week I managed to push metrics to the system, integrate different sources with each other without too much problems.
Today I asked to have the trial period extended, and my trial period was extended without any problems. Though we are a small company (15 persons) the different dashboards will allow the different parts of the company (IT, sales and editorial office) to get insight in their performance and improve our efficiency and results.
Avantages
Easy to push data from our DB and get data from google analytics, and after that integrate these two data-sources.
Inconvénients
Initially I had some difficulties understanding the Forumula bar, and changing forumulas is not always the most easy task.
