C'est tres bon logiciel qui permet de fair la gestion des Ressource human.

The product is very easy to use, intuitive, and fast. We love the ability to zoom in and out and have different views of our timeline.

What I (currently) miss most is the ability to quickly update the schedule. For example, to select multiple "tasks" for one employee and move them 1 or more days forward, in other words, to shift or postpone someone's entire schedule. We change schedules quite frequently so it would be easier for us to have this enabled. But I've heard that this would be possible down the road.

Beauty of the UI and ease of adding projects and bookings and moving them around.

There are lots of notification options which is great, but last I checked, there was know what was deleted if someone accidentally deletes a booking. Our solution is to restrict who can make edits.

Resource Guru is a very easy to use and intuitive tool, nice UI, easy filtering, able to see both planned and actually spent time on projects with easy reports on billable utilization. Everything a small to mid, even greater teams in number need for a hassle free planning and reporting on projects.

Fore forecasting tools offered by Resource Guru are fantastic. It is easy to use and it is very interactive.

It just gets to a point where if the business grows too much, it feels like Resource Guru isn't able to handle it as well as some of the competitors. The Scalability they offer could be better.

It's quick to learn and has powerful tools, is simple to use and integrated quickly into our existing work practices. All our staff are adept at using it and it helps us keep on top of resources, projects and workflow. It is good value for money.

No complaints, we have been using Resource Guru for about two years and are very happy with it.

The limited number of colours for projects/clients

I like they developed a very good application which is easy to use and have the accuracy in it.

It is very easy to plan time for creatives and strategists, and the UX is extremely smooth. I also like how I can add a lot of project and clients so the plannings are super organized.

It is still missing a proper Project Management Tool

There is not any con as such for resource guru

It is easy to use and manage my work and my schedule and we can get the report base on your work you maintain on resource guru.

There aren't any features I that like least.

This is the most intuitive and helpful scheduling manager that I have used. It puts everyone on the same page. It does exactly what it should.

Can't think of any cons honestly. Perhaps, the ability to link this to a windows calendar would be a helpful feature.

Ease of resource management and colour coding.

Probably a feature that I am unaware of but, it would be good to filter and schedule time spent versus original allocation?

Resource Guru is very easy to use. Simple sign in & direct access to schedule.

The only issue I had with Resource Guru was when a co-worker scheduled something and it needed to be changed, but she wasn't working.

Easy to use with a clear view of your resources and planned events / work for the following 12 months

The thing I like least about resource guru is this lengthy survey and review, the tool itself is great
