I like that it's great at catching social conversations based on keywords. Very easy to set up and customize for your specific needs.
Inconvénients
I don't like the actual sorting view. We use at events and moderate which pieces are approved to the live conversation stream and we often get duplicates when people RT. We have learned we need to be very alert when using or else we will let these posts slip through multiple times.
Fantastic company
I am a huge fan of ScribbleLive. The program to allow student journalists to use the software free of charge shows what a great company this is. They also provided instruction on using the platform to my organization in order to get us up and running. I would, and frequently do, recommend ScribbleLive to industry friends.
Experience with platform
Overall good experience with team, but overwhelming amount of products. They're content marketing lifecycle is very similar to others.
