I can't think of anything that bothers me about Synthesia.

graphics is good enough for attracting people

pricing is too much higher than similar softwares

After assessing with other competitors, I haven't found any who comes close with the right balance of believability and quality of their avatars. The ease of use is also a great plus. I don't need complexity of features right now. For us, it offers true scalability and believability to our videos. We are also looking to scale out to other countries so offering translation capabilities is going to be a massive hit when we do.

Workspace needs some work. Inability to share Avatars in an enterprise environment. Although simple to use, and despite my comments earlier, a few extra editing tools would be useful. Being able to add emphasis to specific words over and beyond offering a phonetic spelling. Ability to slow the speach in places would be useful too. Adding pauses is a good compromise, but compromise it is still.

In the beginning it was very easy to use and navigate around the app.

Probably when you provide your updates the explanation are either a video or a bot. In order to speak with a person you have to explain to the bot and if you are worthy you can speak to a person. That process is very time consuming and frustrating . I realize i am not your typical market an old guy who was a round when computers were as large as a building and your phone was attached to o that building. You cannot go wrong with human contact. Not enough professional Africa Americans who are dresss professionally

This is an amazing product for creating videos for sales and training. The new exaggerated avatars are the best. I am impressed with all the new features they add regularly.

I wish the localization was available to everyone.

Converting PDF's and PPTs is very simple and I find that it is very user friendly.

Some of the editing features on slides can be a little clunky.

Ability to select various Avatar's.
Ease of use and option to edit script text per scene.
PowerPoint like features at a higher level with more versatility.

I wish it was just like PowerPoint to be able to take and existing deck and edit and move around graphic and add an Avatar with a script. I also wish one could cut & paste any image instead of just the import option.

The simplicity creating a new video and allowing my mind to run as fast as it does and being able to make changes about having.

Nothing exactly what I need So not a question that I have a valid answer for other than it works.

Synthesia is professional video creation tool at a good price.It let me focus on content instead of video creation. I can spend more time in writing articles, talk to other people. It make education become more independence.

unfortunately, up to now Synthesia do not support two avatars in one scene.Dialogue is special useful when explain some complicate circumstance. I strongly recommend that the develop team consider this funciton.

I like the use of Gen AI to complete content and how it's easy to apply our company branding. I'm impressed with the creation and use of personal avatars as well. The convenience of completing all this in one place is highly commendable

It's heavy on bandwidth use. I cannot use the tool offline.

avatars and prompts for videos that I dont have to come up with video text myself but the ai does it from an idea i give it.

tried removing the background on my avatar and it came back blank without any avatar at all saying low rez

I am wondering if the new AI features allow for creation of images within Synthesia? It would be helpful is we could use a text to image generation feature.

It's very easy to use. The learning curve is steep, I was able to start making a video within 20 minutes.

I want more videos per month. I have the Creator plan, but could use it more 30 minutes per month. I would also like to see Mac support for making a personal Avatar

Hope that it is integrated with Canvas and blackboard in the future.
