I can easily capture and create virtual tours with their 360 degree camera THETA.

I don't see any bad point using this software..

The reporting isn't robust and not easy to use for reporting purposes to management and business owners.We need to ability to pull data from date ranges and export to an Excel spreadsheet.

I like Ricoh's entire ecosystem of 360 camera and their ease of use from taking the pics to putting them in a tour

I wish that the manual controls were a bit easier to access and I wish that there was a "Doll House" view of the rooms

I purchased this last year to add to my professional photos of my listings. I usually spend anywhere from 250-1000 on high end photos for my listings, and the matterport tours were an added fee that just became too much and took too much time. I saw an ad for this product and decided to give it a chance! I am the person that reviews, reads every single review/report, and sometimes even contacts users to hear from them on the use of a product! In this case, I was sold. I purchased and personally I love it. Its small, compact and super easy to use. It not super high end like some of the really expensive cameras but as an addition to my listings, I feel it has done exactly what it was meant to do. I personally love it and use on 99% of my listings! I would recommend if you like to stand out from your competitors, just know it takes some time to use so plan ahead!

Sometimes takes a few extra seconds between shots.

The ease of use and customer support are fantastic. Every time I have had any issues I was able to get through to someone and get them resolved. The end product is every bit as good as systems costing thousands of dollars more in hardware, software and support. Using the Ricoh360 Tours sets me apart from the majority of agents out there and the clients love it.

I wish the analytics were a bit better and easier to export to clients.

I use Ricoh360 Tours to document pre-existing conditions, construction projects, and as-built conditions. I can quickly get the pictures of the insides of walls before they are closed up.

Downloading pictures from the camera is time consuming because the connection to the camera times out quickly.

Ricoh360 Tours made pivoting during the pandemic a breeze. We had thought previously about implementing virtual tours and were forced into it in 2020. Ricoh has made it easy!

In today's competitive real estate market, 360 virtual tours are an absolute must, and Ricoh360 provides an easy, affordable, and cost effective solution to getting more eyes on the homes we list. The ability to shoot a tour for an average sized home in my market in 30-45 minutes and being able to post the tour almost immediately will surprise your clients, and being able to track where your visitors are finding the home online is invaluable!

The Ricoh360 Tours is super easy to use and there is minimal learning curve.

Some of the features could use some improvement like the AI Staging, but you do not have to use it if you don't like it. The floor plans are great but could be more competitively priced. In all a great product for a great price.

Capturing a room is simple and it’s easy to upload the link in the MLS.

The battery life NEVER lasts to capture a full house, not even a 2 bedroom condo. So, it takes forever while I keep having to recharge.

I set my settings once and it saves them for every other photo session. Snap once and it does all the work for me.

I use the multiple picture option (bracketed images) to create virtual tours. Sometimes, it will snap one or two and not the entire 10. I have to turn it on and off and try over and over again.

Set up and execution of the photography couldn’t be simpler. Creating tours has a fairly easy learning curve. Not terribly intuitive but not complicated.

There may be a way to do this, but I wish I didn’t have to compile the 360° photos into the tour on my phone. It’d be easier on a larger screen.
