My overall experience with Alleva has been spectacular. At the end of the day with an EHR, you want top quality customer service and customer experience. I have been happy for the past year, and based on all information I have, will be happy for many years to come.
Avantages
Customer service, ease of use, intuitive nature of the software, the ownership of the company. In general, have worked in 3 different EHR's in my career, demoed all of the "best EHR's" and still have chosen to work with Alleva. They are top in my book.
Inconvénients
When we began working with Alleva, they had only been around for a few months. So, we faced challenges of working with a new software as they were in process of improving the system regularly. Otherwise, nothing.

Excellence! Great customer service, great support team, User friendly. I've worked with 3 other EMR/EHR's and Alleva made my job considerably easier.
Avantages
Everything that Alleva offers is works well with every facet of our company, and Alleva support is the best of the best.
Inconvénients
I don't think that there are any cons that I know of.

I like using the EMR and look forward to more options and updates to the system. The customer service is sometimes hard to get ahold of, but they do make up for that with efforts in assisting with any problems
Avantages
I like that it is user friendly. I also like that Alleva is responsive to our requests. If they can make something function better, then they will do it.
Inconvénients
It is sometimes hard to get a response from customer service. Also, some work needs to be done in the medical department

Good Charting System

Avantages
I like how easy Alleva is to use. I like the functionality of it as well. Their customer service usually resolves issues rather quickly and when we notice a glitch in the charting system it gets fixed fast.
Inconvénients
I don't like that you can't change medication dosing given if it's noticed that it was charted wrong. If the prescriber put in the dosing wrong it will chart the wrong dose until it's changed even with the correct doses being given.

Overall 9 out of 10 I would give it a 10 out of 10 if it wasn’t for the glitches, even though they are a few and far apart.
Avantages
The thing I like most about Alleva is that you can customize it without changing the functionality of the program. The software is very organized and very user-friendly. Also, [sensitive content hidden] assisted us with set up, and he was very professional, responded in a timely manner, and played a huge role in allowing us to become certified three days after purchasing the software.
Inconvénients
Every once in a while, there are a few glitches. I have pointed them out with our customer. Care representative.

I had a great experience with Alleva, I love learning and working with Alleva. It was easy and manageable to work with to tracking my clients treatment progression.
Avantages
Alleva is helpful in managing the client charting and when their is a problem, help is always there to help you fix the problem.
Inconvénients
Alleva can have an attitude, thats when I refer to Alleva as "Karen".

I have been using alleva for a few weeks now and I am very impressed with its features and functionality. alleva is a software product that helps mental health professionals manage their practice, billing, and documentation. It has a great user interface that is easy to navigate and intuitive to use. It also has a lot of customization options to suit different needs and preferences.
One of the best aspects of alleva is the onboarding team. They are very helpful and responsive, and they guide you through the setup process step by step. They also provide training sessions and webinars to help you learn how to use the product effectively. They are always available to answer any questions or issues you might have along the way.
Another great aspect of alleva is the support team. They are very friendly and professional, and they resolve any problems or glitches quickly and efficiently. They also listen to feedback and suggestions from users and implement them in future updates. They make sure that the product is always running smoothly and meeting the expectations of the customers.
Overall, I am very satisfied with alleva and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a software product that can help them manage their mental health practice. alleva has a great user interface, a superb onboarding team, and a stellar support team. I've been using Alleva for a little over 3 years now. I have seen multiple features rolled out and it seems to get smoother each time. Again, very responsive tech support team as well.
Avantages
Technology is not my strong suit; however, Alleva is fairly intuitive and ease of use is important when onboarding new employees. We make regular use of the calendar/scheduling features. We also appreciate the responsiveness of the Alleva Support Team.
Inconvénients
Sometimes new features are a "buggy" when rolled out. I suspect that is not only an Alleva problem, but a challenge with any new software features.

I have been using Alleva for 5 years. It is easy to use and navigate. I appreciate all of the training that they offer for free. Support is always quick and helpful.
Inconvénients
There seems to be a lot of glitches and slowness. They say it is cookies. It may be, but when it is bad it is a pain.

Good EHR for SUD and MH. My fellow MH and SUD staff seems to use it easily. They mostly use free text.
Inconvénients
Primary care with any volume has to have templates and more established structure to use Alleva. Support will make templates, but changing and tweaking them isnt easy

When I mistake is done on a treatment plan update I am not able to ease the update.

Avantages
The input for data once a client is entered seems simple and it is fairly easy to navigate between clients.
Inconvénients
The calendar and working with the scheduling does not seem to be an easy thing to pick up.

E-scribe function is very easy to use. The communication log serves as a good charting section that can be viewed by all disciplines across the hospital. The document section is easy for locating uploaded information.

I use two different programs for the same job (two different locations) I learned this program very quickly without issues and I am able to teach it. I began this program months after the other and am much more comfortable with this.
Avantages
Easy to use, teach and learn. I am able to enter my notes quickly and use my calendar to enter the notes and the appointment. I also like the prompts at login that something is needed. Very helpful for a busy schedule with multiple people accessing the client.
Inconvénients
Would like a little more time on screens or more saving during typing

Avantages
I like the ease of working with Alleva, customer support, and being able to utilize it on any device.
Inconvénients
Sometimes it is not consistent. As I have to review therapists notes, sometimes it does not automatically assign me to review when I should be, and was on previous notes. Also, auto save does not work all the time and therapists and myself lose a lot of documentation do to it not saving and having to start over.
