If you want to extract data and analyze your numbers there is no better classroom management software. In addition the ability to easily contact a customer support person is absolutely amazing. I have worked with many other classroom software applications and none can match the power of Class Manager. > > **Inconvénients**: 2 features are limiting and one is up to you. 1) You do not have flexibility on who you choose for credit card processing. The services that CM partner with are solid but have higher percentages than some other CC processing companies. 2) Cost. There is no way around it, CM is expensive. That said, you get what you pay for. Buy once, cry once. I've tried cheaper options and always regretted it. 3) The final con is not really a con. CM is not cloud based. That means you house it on a physical machine. I find that a plus but it does add cost and can reduce speed for web users. You have to decide what platform you prefer. > > Very positive. That alternative program was essentially an online class registration system, and offered very little in terms of basic database functionality. As a dance school, I understand that I need a program that is more than just a credit card portal for online enrollment, I need to manage and grow my business. ClassManager does exactly that, it is a all-in-one database solution that is fully customizable so my staff and I can manage the day to day operation after the registration is taken.
