Google authenticator is easy to use. It is safe because the login code is constantly updated. It enables quick and easy synchronisation of accesses between mobile phones. And dark mode is also nice.

Sometimes the durations to use the code seems to be too little, so I have to wait for new codes to appear and then continue.

As any Authenticator would it provides you with an extra layer of security to access your files or for other people to access them. But it works across multiple platforms and notifies you when someone tries to access it without your permission. It gives you a one-time pin for you to log in to your account keeping it safe from people who might have access to your email and password. The pin also changes every 30 seconds making it impossible for others to guess or access it without your permission.

The user interface can be improved to match Google's current material design but other than that there's nothing I would want to be changed. Although more factors can be added to further improve security.
